I’m very upset that hetaoni will probably never be finished. But I’m still happy that we can play what we have. Even though it’s sad, it’s still a wonderful game.
-The magical toilet you can buy beer and rice balls from

This is a trial animation only just like I did in Slam Dunk animation (feeling animator x3 ). Sorry if lack of Steve. I don’t know how to animate a fighting scene. You can also watch it on youtube : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X8x3uw6zdtA&feature=youtu.be
Yes, rewatching Hetaoni was not my brightest idea, not when it’s late and I have strong feels for Italy… Can you see the second when he rewinds the time because I can and it breaks my heart
Thank you for the message – I’m glad that you’re enjoying Dulce so far =) It might be a week or two before I can get to your prompts, only because I’m going in order but I hope you’ll like what I come up with.
It’s not entirely related, but it’s been something I’ve been wanting to draw. Sometimes in wumbo combo vids, I see a Sombra jumping in really high into the air or translocating into the air and then EMPing and I’ve imagined her falling back down in McCree’s arms afterward💖😊
The 1920s AUs are some of my favorites, but I’ve always lacked the creativity, knowledge, and sophistication I think it takes to write one effectively. I just love the language they used back then and the whole aesthetic of the 1920s is to die for. 💖 McCree and Sombra would both look so incredibly beautiful in the fashion from that era, that’s for sure. <333
And your idea sounds really fun, I like the idea of Sombra being that undercover spy and McCree and Reyes have always given me that ‘partners’ vibe, even though Jesse ultimately ends up being betrayed in one form or another. She might end up being the one to go to McCree and let him know what really happened to his partner.
The two have a rocky relationship at first since he refuses to believe her (no one knew him like he did) but when he realizes the evidence is there and she was telling him the truth, how can he refute it? He knows it’s silly to trust someone again after being betrayed but he grows to really depend on Sombra, even if she does scare him with how close she willingly gets to Talon on a daily basis.
Love your idea! But I totally feel you on feeling like you can’t write something out despite really loving an idea. That’s how I am with like 100 AUs running rampant through my head. Keep building on your AU, I’d love to hear more details from you in the future! ❤️️
I HC Sombra as Demisexual/romantic because I can’t see her shifting away from her goal (which she seems pretty dead set on) unless someone meant a great deal to her. As for McCree, I can see him either as monogamous or polyamorous, depends on the story, really, and how the characters are written in said story. I think Sombra would be happy to try a one time thing in bed if McCree was really into the idea but other than that, the idea of an emotionally intimate relationship with more than one person might make her anxious (she’s already let one person in, if she lets in more, how safe will they or her second identity be?).
However, if the third person was someone that really cared for both her and McCree and she felt the same way, I don’t think she’d make a decision about it, it’d just be more natural ‘I love you both and I’ll do everything in my power to keep you safe’.
This is all speculative, however, as I still see Sombra as someone who would have a very difficult time developing a positive relationship to just one person, let alone a romantic one. I suppose in this case, I imagine McCree would be a character more likely to be poly than Sombra.
But if you’re just talking pairings, my favorite poly ones with McCree/Sombra would have to be McCree + Sombra + Genji and McCree + Sombra + Widowmaker. 😊
This sounds like it’d be a good story, not necessarily romantic in nature, but definitely one that I would read if only for the interaction between a young McCree and Sombra!
Seeing as how McCree was 29 during the events of Retribution, maybe this story could take place between a 24 year old Blackwatch agent McCree and still fairly new to Talon agent Sombra. I like to imagine she joined even before she was an adult because her skills were that impressive to Talon, somewhere around 16-17 years. She’s kinda cocky at first and just gloats to herself about how she’s using Talon to pursue her own goals.
Of course, she’s not so cocky when she gets knocked out on a mission and wakes up tied to a chair in a musty, dark room. Immediately, she knows who the man in the room with her is – Jesse McCree: Amercian Blackwatch agent and former member of the Deadlock Gang based in the US. Talon made it a point for her to know each member of Overwatch (and its “secret” sect). While there isn’t anything truly remarkable about him, the note of him being an orphan and being a gangmember does resonate with her.
Even so, seeing as how he states he’s waiting for his commander to arrive so they can bring her in for interrogation, Sombra’s not keen on being taken anywhere. She’s already escaped ‘The Eye’ for now and there’s no way that the tools from Overwatch will stop her from finding out the truth.
She tries to goad him with the information she does know about him. His eyes narrow but doesn’t seem to question her knowledge, only commenting on how young she is and that it’s despicable that Talon would recruit kids, shortly before she retorts with the hypocrisy of his situation.
“Funny. Isn’t that what Reyes did to you?”
His stoic look falters and he mumbles under his breath and she smirks, knowing she might have a way out of this mess. He asks her what she was doing in the area and she shrugs, not bothering to answer. Truth is, she was on a mission for Talon, but she was taking advantage of her first solo mission to research more on Talon’s member base, as even as a skilled, desired agent, Sombra does not hold clearance for more sensitive information.
When he asks her again what her motives are, she responds “It’s a shame that at some point, people stop learning…isn’t it?” She relishes in the look of irritation that spreads across his face but needs to leave.
It’s her turn to be startled when he grabs the back of her chair, leaning down to stare at her straight in the eye. He warns her about messing with the wrong kinds of people and that she’ll ruin her life before it’s even begun.
She wonders if he’s practiced that line for just such an occasion he’d met someone who mirrored him. “Then isn’t this the part where you let me go so I can start over?”
He steps away, silent for a long time before he mumbles and walks around to untie her. He keeps her weapon for safety, noting that she probably doesn’t even know how to use it. She does but even then, Sombra doesn’t like the mess afterward. She questions him, wondering if all it takes for a Blackwatch agent to let a prisoner go is to make promises of improved character. She’s given a warning to watch her mouth – if she’s not doing anything and is just some new agent, then she’s worth practically nothing to him as long as neither of them say anything, given she already seems to have info on Overwatch and its members.
“I like you, vaquero,” Sombra says once he orders her to get out of his sight. “So I’ll leave you with this…don’t trust people so easily. You never know what people actually want.”
“Get out of here,” he repeats. “And if something happens and I see your face again, I will shoot you.”
“Fair enough,” she replies. “I’ll be the friend you won’t ever see.”
Her cloak activates and she runs away. She won’t see McCree again for almost fifteen years but in that time, she’s effectively managed to manipulate missions and ambushes that would have surely led the cowboy to his demise. After all, it’s nice to have a friend who owes you a few dozen favors…
Thank you, that means quite a lot, given that I am extremely anxious about how I portray characters and their voices. 😥 And I agree wholeheartedly, it’s sad as a Sombra fan that most people dumb her down to be some sort of walking meme. She’s definitely playful but people assume you have to go digging for Sombra’s more sinister side. But you don’t, the playful side is pretty much just a cover sheet for the ambitious character she is. You see it in her cinematic and the comic with Lynx17 and Zarya. It leads to very interesting options for dialogue.
And hey, don’t feel bad. I know what dealing with depression is like and it can really sap the motivation even if you’ve got a thousand ideas in your head. I hope that someday you can finish your fic, or even post what you have already just so the world can see what you’ve made =)
Thanks again for the message! (And good luck with any of your future projects!)
“What’s that? Am I stuck on McCree? …none of your bee’s wax. Now scram!”
– 1920s Sombra because I need to get back into drawing and I wanted to draw my favorite girl <333 Maybe I’ll draw her in a flapper dress…once I learn how to effectively draw them Resources: 1 | 2 | 3
She can’t even answer. Her spine and skull are currently fire-warm but not as heated as her face. She hasn’t lost control like this in…has she ever lost control?
What even happened? All she remembers is walking by the training room and finding McCree sitting at one of the benches, shirtless, oh, so shirtless, leaning over with a fifty pound dumbbell in his right hand. She hadn’t meant to stay for long but his broad back littered with scars and tattoos of older days and sweaty, sun kissed skin mesmerized her. Every lift of the weight had him letting out a breathy grunt, eyes open and focused. The bulge of muscle underneath the skin of his biceps completely had her full attention. She watched, hidden in the doorway and simply appreciated the specimen before her. She wondered what those arms would feel like wrapped around her? How easily he could lift her up, carry her to his room and-
Being so entranced, she apparently hadn’t noticed her implants growing hotter by the second. The unbearable heat slowly crawling its way up her spinal graft, and burning at the back of her head until it reached the central, glowing hub. Just as she noticed the suffocating calefaction, her vision blurred and dotted into a brief white, the blare of her own electromagnetic source ringing in her ears, feeling the shake of that burst of energy from her own body.
The next thing she knew, lights were out and the ancient roar of backup generators in place kicked in. Athena’s voice muffled, as she announced a power failure and inside breach over the intercom system, message filled with static and fuzz.
The power from the EMP knocked her back into the wall behind her. It takes her a moment to regain her senses and get over the heat that once licked at every part of her skin, but slowly, she rises to her feet, using the wall to brace herself.
“Sombra, what the hell is going on!?”
Morrisson’s voice echos heavily in her own personal com.
“Uhm,” she begins, dusting her sleeves off. “Premature…ah…EMP.”
“What!?”
“Accident, I said it was an accident,” Sombra says through grit teeth, now feeling the burn at her cheeks from embarrassment. How could she just lose control of her systems like that? What was she, thirteen?
“Dammit, Sombra, get your ass down to my office now.”
The communication goes dead and Sombra sighs. Great. Now she has to deal with Reaper’s slightly more annoying counterpart. In her seething, she fails to note the gunslinger currently on route to her location.
“Phew,” he begins, causing Sombra to startle and turn toward him, though she quickly averts her eyes. “Was that you who did that just now?”
If she looks up, she’ll get an eyeful of bare, glistening, hairy chest. And while she wants to ogle, she can’t risk another system overload. The next time might actually kill her.
“Yeah. System’s…kinda messed up. Stuff like that.” She knows the answer is bull but the less she has to talk, the better. She hopes it will suffice.
The lack of details doesn’t seem to bother him as he chuckles, the sound threatening to turn her knees to jelly, and shrugs.
“Happens to the best of us,” he says, moving past her and giving her wave along with a smile. “See ya around, darlin’.”
Hopefully not shirtless, anyway. Oh, but she wants to…no! that was what caused all this in the first place.
Either way, daydreaming about tanned muscles keeps Sombra entertained and distracted when she sits Morrison’s office later, getting chewed out for amateur mistakes.
You have no idea how many people lurk on your work. No idea how many times people go back to revisit your work. How big they smile when they simply think about your work. How fast their heart beats, how excited they get when they see that you posted something.
People are shy with their feedback. Sometimes it’s because they’re simply shy. Other times it’s because they assume you already know how great and talented you are. Could be both.
My point is, even if you barely have any likes or reblogs, don’t get discouraged. You have a lot of silent fans, but they are still your fans. Keep on creating. Because there is always someone out there who will love what you have made.
One person sleeping with their head on the other person’s lap. Getting all drowsy-snuggly when they’re too tired to see straight. Being tucked in and kissed on the forehead before they pass out. Gentle touches while they drift off. Trusting the other person to watch over them and make sure nothing happens to them while they’re out.
why does this vaguely feels like the “do you like the color of the sky” meme
Im so thankful that i did the fan animation for this game and fandom ;;!!!!! and im really proud of myself in able to make this, here is just the last sky scene cause i love it very much i wanna do something with it, aka self treat art doing dork squad poses.
McCree has heighten senses, meaning hearing and smell is a big thing for him. Sometimes he’ll hear Sombra’s heart accelerate at night, but when he turns over to look at her, she’s smiling and saying it was only a stupid dream. That doesn’t stuff him from kissing her cheek until she calms down.
During the heat of battle, Sombra has the werewolf at her back, fighting with her. It’s a powerful thing to see fear in your enemies eyes when a monster looming behind you is yours, and yours alone.
When it gets freezing cold on missions, McCree will shift to let Sombra lie against his fur. She jokes that he makes a good blanket, if nothing else. Though, the time spent curled up against his larger, heavier side is protective and secure. His claws wraps around her to keep her close to his fur.
Sombra has had to stop enemies from removing McCree’s sleeping drugs on the night of the full moon twice before. They always want to unleash the werewolf out on the watchpoint but Sombra’s never one to be caught off guard, nor does she not monitor her sleeping werewolf carefully.
Oh my god, I forgot to post this but here’s my piece for the Skin of Our Teeth R76 Zine! This was super fun and the zine looks amazing!! Thanks to those who supported it! They’re running a new R76 fanthology so check that out also :^)
“Overwatch’s short list of prospective agents included two members of the soldier enhancement program: Morrison and Gabriel Reyes, a senior officer. Reyes, a hardened and highly respected veteran, grew up about as far from rustic Indiana as you could get—the sprawling urban melting pot of Los Angeles. Despite their differences, the two soldiers became friends. Their decision to join Overwatch together would change the world, for good and for bad.”
“One of the things we really like doing with Overwatch is playing with perspective. We utilize perspective when we analyze or when we tell stories about characters, what they’re thinking, what their goals are. And we have a lot of unreliable narrators. We want people to pay careful attention to what characters think about in particular situations. We want them to use their judgment and their knowledge of a character’s thoughts to come up with their own ideas about the universe.
“[…] The world needs heroes, but it also needs villains. And we have a number of villainous characters in Overwatch. And what’s important to us is that their internal motivations are not purely rooted in ‘being evil,’ despite how they might seem on the surface. You know, as we reveal more about these characters, we want people to be able to empathize and understand their beliefs. Because sometimes what makes a villain a villain is the extent to which they’re willing to go to reach their goals. And one thing that we find most important when we’re talking about our villain characters is that there is nothing to say that a villain cannot be as charismatic – or more charismatic – or as likeable as a hero character. Because like the old saying goes, ‘Every villain is the hero of their own story.’”
– Excerpts from Michael Chu’s GDC talk, “Thinking Globally: Building the Optimistic Future of Overwatch,” April 2017 (source)
“We stand on the brink of a breakthrough in human evolution. I have dedicated my life to unraveling its secrets. I take risks that others would consider to be ‘unwise,’ for I do not share their caution. Overwatch held back the pace of scientific discovery for decades. They believed my methods were too radical… too controversial…
It is thirty years in the future – approximately 2046-2047. Facilities of the defunct company Omnica Corporation have suddenly gone back online. In a moment of surreality, armies of robots are unleashed from these Omniums and begin to attack humanity the world over.
But national militaries struggle. And fail.
And so, in a gamble for the fate of humankind –
They begin to experiment.
Some countries use cybernetic augmentation. Some countries develop highly specialized armor.
Some countries take normal soldiers –
And “enhance” them.
And at least one of those soldiers –
Gets a little…too experimental.
(A lot more under the cut. I’m not joking. Turn back now.)
Also, when we’re talking werewolf McCree, we’re talking the whole, monstrous, large, could-rip-your-face-off-in-half-a-heart, werewolf. He can shift when he wants to, but he has no control on the night of the full moon.
Sombra knows Overwatch is hiding a monster, she just doesn’t discover that it’s McCree until they’ve gotten serious. She’s been suspicious of him, especially when he disappears on the night of the full moon, but she never would have guessed werewolf.
When he shifts, it startles Sombra, and she hasn’t been startled in a long time. After this tense moment of McCree just waiting for her to run off screaming, she connects the dot with all of his other, mysterious behavior. She calls him out on not telling her sooner but this just gets a huge mass of fur in her face.
More then once Sombra has had to help McCree get control of himself after his anger sparked or a stressful situation popped up where he in no circumstances could shift. Something about Sombra holding his face and telling him everything is going to be all right helps him control himself.
On the nights the full moon appears, Overwatch has this system where they drugged him out, let him shift and basically sleep it off until sunrise. He always wakes up feeling hungover, so Sombra’s has a good breakfast waiting for him. A comment or two is always thrown about their nights being very different.
SOME GOOD STUFF TO RECOVER FROM ALL THE ANGST
Please give us more Werewolf!McCree and Sombra in the future! 😭💖 My heart absolutely needs more of these two beautiful cuties! Also, yas, yaaaas I love the image of her holding his face and consoling him <33333

OMG I’ve never thought someone would ask me to do a coloring tutorial I feel honored and blessed ; ^ ; here’s my step by step process, hope it helps you Anon!
I only draw on SAI and basically use this tool for almost everything, both lineart and coloring. I just lower density if I need to blend colors more:
Once I’m done with flat colors I create a clipped layer over the lineart to change some colors. I usually do it for the skin/hair details and always use a darker shade of the original flat color.
For the shading I was used to set the clipped layer mode to multiply and lower the opacity to 50%. But I’ve started to use a different tool lately and honestly I like the effect better so I just use this one leaving the opacity at full 100%. I tend to use only one color for shading plus a different/pinkish shade for cheeks, according to the character’s skin tone:
I don’t blur the cheeks very often but here’s the tool I use when I do it
To highlight I honestly use both the Screen and Luminosity layer modes, it depends on which one I think it’s best for each work >< use a similar or lighter shade of the flat color if you’re using Screen and a darker shade if you’re using Luminosity. I used the luminosity mode for this one (with the marker tool)
And that’s it! You can merge all the layers and create another clipped layer to shade a little bit more and you’re done!
Hope you’ll find it helpful and thank you so much for appreciating my work! ♥
