i’ve been seeing a lot of positivity/motivation for mental health issues, so i want to send my other babes some nice thoughts:
you can get through your physiotherapy. i know it is hell, i know that sometimes it hurts, but i believe in you.
you are not any weaker for being dependent on medication or disability aids. if it helps you, use it.
surgery may seem scary af, but it can help you tons. if you’re going to have surgery, know that i am cheering you on and i hope all goes well for you.
don’t be afraid to tell others around you if you’re struggling. if you can’t do something one day, that’s okay. rest.
i know sometimes life is absolute hell and it might be hard for you to look ahead. i know. sometimes it’s hard for me to believe too, but you can get through today. and tomorrow. it gets better, it does.
you are amazing. you are loved.
Also find the right people willing to listen and not blame you from needing to rest or needing a break. Some will better understand than others and mental and emotional support is very necessary. Your mind carries your body.
