I know, me too! I was giggling to myself about it one night as I tried to go to sleep. The thought of a big guy like McCree going in for a simple tattoo of a name on his wrist is adorable. ‘cause you’d know he’d still be on cloud nine about finally knowing Sombra’s real name 💕💕
@itshigh-boop Oh my god you’re killing me here with all the cute and sweetness >//w//< So much ‘feels-sugar’ its gonna give me cavities, but in a good way~ <333 My heart TTwTT

since McCree has had tattoos before, I’d think he’d still have a few, maybe a few smaller ones. He seems the type – and since Deadlock was a biker gang, I just think tattoos are normal to him.
I like to think that once Sombra trusted him enough to tell him her actual name, McCree would get it tattooed in small print on his inner wrist (without her knowing). It’s always covered with his glove, but it’s there, nonetheless, right over his pulse.
On nights they can’t be together and are far apart, I imagine him lying down in some unnamed on a creaky bed, glove off and looking at his wrist and feeling a sense of warmth on an otherwise cold night, when he doesn’t have her in his arms. He’ll kiss the tattoo, intent on keeping her his secret and feel slightly better of the fact that she’s not with him at the moment.
The hum of the neon lights echoed in the silence of the motel room, growing louder as the lights grew bright only to fade to a near silence as they dimmed. The steady rhythm served to soothe the cowboy as he awaited his partner, tempering the anxiousness that had begun to well within his chest. His broad frame occupied the chair that sat in the corner of the room, a cigar hanging from his mouth, his trademark hat resting on his knee as he drummed his fingers on the arm of the chair.
Those whiskey hues of his shifted to the alarm clock that sat on the nightstand, bright red numbers showing that his little hacker was late.
“Just like her to keep me waitin’…”
It was a game they both enjoyed; keeping the other waiting to build up the anticipation, waiting to see which one would be the first to break. McCree always seemed to have a better sense of patience than his little Latina did, something that amused him to no end. Though truth be told, there was something in her gaze whenever she finally appeared, something like relief when she realized he hadn’t given up on waiting for her.
The sound of quiet footsteps brought a grin to his lips, shaking him from his reverie as a low chuckle fell from his lips, his broad frame moving to stand. His bionic hand lifted to take the cigar from his lips, as three long strides brought him to the nightstand where he extinguished the cigar, orange embers slowly fading to darkness as the sound of the door opening echoed in the room. Rather than glance towards the door as it shut, he moved towards the alarm clock, turning on the radio so that music soon filled the silence of the room.
“You know, it’s rude to keep a fella waitin’…”
The words didn’t match the amusement that colored his tone as he turned to face her, watching as she appeared in a burst of purple pixels. The sound of her laughter sent his heart racing as he set his hat down on the nightstand, his gaze still trained on that beautiful face of hers.
“Ya. We both know that you enjoy it, Vaquero.”
She moved like a cat, slinking across the distance that separated them to wrap her slender arms around his waist. She tilted her head back to meet that amber gaze with her violet one, affection coloring her hues as she stood on tiptoe to brush her lips against his.
“Me extranaste?”
There it was again, that sort of longing he’d seen once or twice, something that made his heartache. Pressing his forehead to his, he moved to embrace her, his broad frame guiding her as they swayed to the music.
“You in the habit of asking questions you already know the answer to?”
Chuckling softly, he spun her away only to pull her close, his forehead meeting hers once more. A grin tugged at the corners of his lips as he dipped her backwards, his lips hovering over hers. The sweet scent of her surrounded him, sending his heart racing once more as his gaze held hers. Her hues seemed to glaze over, the slightest hint of fear coloring their depths, as if she was assuming the worst. The mere sight of it made his heart ache even more. He could feel her heart beating in her chest, her cheeks flushing as she awaited his response. He could almost sense her steeling herself for the disappointment. His lips were gentle as they found hers, his arms holding her closer still as he hoped to kiss away any doubt she might have.
Only once they were both breathless did he break the kiss, moving to hold her as close as possible did he break the kiss.
“Always.”
The happiness that took hold of her soft features was the only affirmation he needed that the feeling was mutual.
When I was training to be a battered women’s advocate, my supervisor said something that really blew my mind:
“You can always assume one thing about your clients; and that is that they are doing their best. Always assume everyone is doing their best. And if they’re having a day where their best just isn’t that great, or their best doesn’t look like your best, you have to be okay with that.”
Any now whenever anyone in my life, either a friend or a client, frustrates me, disappoints me, or pisses me off, I just tell myself They are doing their best. Their best isn’t that great today, but I have days where my best isn’t that great either.
Yes this could have to do with the fact that Freya the Norse Goddess of love, beauty and fertility drove a chariot pulled by cats.
So, if I ever get married, I fully expect a catmobile.
One of the other reasons why they gave cats to each other was for their valuable skills as mousers. Cats were able to control rodent populations around their properties.
Also, Norse myths are thought to have the earliest literary descriptions of the Norwegian Forest Cat. They were described as large, strong cats that drew Freya’s chariot and were so heavy that not even Thor, God of Thunder, could lift them from the floor. (Source)
They kinda live up to the legend, too. Your average Norwegian Forest Cat is twenty pounds of solid muscle, with claws large and strong enough to climb solid rock. They’ve been known to attack bears when defending their territory. And yet they’re one of the cuddliest breeds out there, particularly noted for being patient with small children.
I have a Norwegian mix, and can attest that she is the cuddliest cat but also insane enough to try and fight a bear.
Viking cats “FIGHT ME”
Whosoever holds this hammer, if he be worthy, still could not lift this cat.
Meet Yoko! She’s a keyblade master and Good Doggo. Her world of origin is Traverse Town, and her keyblade is called Graceful Fragility
Fun Facts: She’s named after Yoko Shimomura, the music composer for Kingdom Hearts. If she could talk she would be voiced by Mayumi Tanaka, the Japanese VA for Luffy from One Piece
Riku stopped and peered into a little window where warm light streamed out. That time…he’d seen Sora smiling. Sora laughing with his new friends… Riku didn’t really want to remember it. All that filled his heart was regret. Why hadn’t he done something then…?
The boy stood beside the small brick house. Light spilled from the window into the dim streets. Sora was inside. The boy stared intently at the scene. “You see? It’s just as I told you. While you toiled away trying to find your dear friend, he quite simply replaced you with some new companions.” A woman was speaking from behind him- Maleficent. I just stood there, gazing into the window, and I couldn’t move. I could see Sora laughing with his friends. He hadn’t found Kairi yet, but he was smiling all the same. Smiling with other people who weren’t us. I was just so angry…and lonely… and sad… “Evidently, he values them far more than he does you,” murmured Maleficent. Is that true? Maybe it is. Maybe Sora’s already forgotten about me.
– Chain of Memories Novel, I thought this was an interesting insight into Riku’s mind during this scene, since we never get to know exactly what Riku is thinking or feeling in the game, in his own words. The first part is the real Riku thinking back on it when he finds the house in the card version of Traverse Town, the second part is Repliku experiencing Riku’s memory.
her vastayan heritage comes from feline and avian roots dominantly, though the feline traits overpower the avian physically when it comes to things like her teeth, her vision, legs, and reflexes. this technically means she’s not a lhotlan either, as both her parents came from a different clan originally!
I STG I will
take back every nice thing I’ve ever said about the series if they wrote
Grant out lol. Here’s hoping he’s in the new episodes this summer. =D
Netflix’s Castlevania animated series will be getting a third season.
“We’re about to record a third,” revealed Richard Armitage, who voices the character Trevor Belmont. “The second season hasn’t been aired yet, but we’re about to do a third.”
This year’s 23rd issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine revealed more details on Wednesday for the upcoming original animation for the Yu Yu Hakusho anime.
The anime will adapt the “Two Shot” bonus chapter from the manga’s seventh volume, as well as the manga’s penultimate chapter “All or Nothing.” The “Two Shot” chapter tells the story of how Kurama and Hiei met, while “All or Nothing” shows the main characters reuniting to solve a hostage crisis in the spirit world. The anime will feature a returning staff, including director and storyboarder Noriyuki Abe at the studio Pierrot. Returning cast members include Nozomu Sasaki as Yusuke Urameshi, Shigeru Chiba as Kazuma Kuwabara, Megumi Ogata as Kurama, and Nobuyuki Hiyama as Hiei.
The OVA will bundle with the fourth part of the anime’s 25th Anniversary Blu-ray Box collection. The fourth part will ship on October 26 in Japan.
The first part will include the “Spirit Detective” arc (episodes 1-26), as well as both movies, and will ship on July 27. The set will be the first Blu-ray Disc release for the second movie. The second set will include the 40-episode “Dark Tournament” arc and will ship on August 28. The third set will include the 28-episode “Sensui” (Chapter Black) arc and will ship on September 26. The fourth set will include the 18-episode “Demon World” arc as well as the OVA. All four sets will also include clean openings and endings.
Something that always bothered me about the Sensui Arc was that Hiei wasn’t shown much in many of the episodes which really bummed me out but there was a reason for it. I think Hiei felt embarrassed and hated being mocked by the people he trusts and calls friends. When he asked Koenma what class he was, it was as if he was trying to prove himself to them. Redeem himself in their eyes. Like “Yeah, Kurama and Kuwabara, I did do something stupid but I am useful. I am needed. Just watch, Koenma’s gonna say I’m an A or S class right now” and when Koenma said he was a B, he felt even more disgusted than he already was. Genkai saying he never uses his head probably didn’t help either. Kicked the man while he was down. That’s why I think he left anyway. He was angry that was all they viewed him as: A B class that doesn’t think before he speaks. Hiei is more then that of course (or at least to me anyway) but I believe he was really hurt. He felt betrayed even, throwing in the dig “You got your fox, your clown, and your hag. I’m a moot point” insinuating “You all think I’m irrelevant anyway so what does it matter if I help you or not?”
It was Yusuke who was the one that said “We need you, Hiei” and that’s exactly what Hiei was needing to hear.
This is only one of the many ways I or everyone can relate to Hiei.
We can talk about the sleepy bear and the agriculture wizard all day, but honestly, all of artwork for the Celestial Seasonings tea boxes rules, and it’s the only thing good about being alive.
This Over the Garden Wall fanart is my favourite, but the peppermint deer are a close second.
Can we talk about Morning Thunder and Fast Lane tho?
Why do people stop commenting on fics if they’re more than a week or two old? Please comment on old fics. Tell me you like my one shot from 2014.Tell me you like my old multi-chap I finished in 2016 that I spent a year writing. I will be fucking thrilled.
I occasionally still get comment spam on every single chapter of a longfic I finished like a year ago
it makes me the happiest of clams
It’s never too late to comment!!
I wrote a fic in January 2014 and didn’t get any comments on it until July 2017. Three and a half years later. But the comment I got was amazing, because it meant that someone cared.
ALL OF THIS. SO THRILLED. on absolutely every fic period but especially on my unpopular fics maaaaaan I can’t even tell you it turns my whole day around better than a hot chocolate ❤
Saaaaaaaaaame
I’ve had people apologize for commenting on old fics D-:
The first one to ask for genuine affection is Sombra. She simply asks McCree to hold her, and doesn’t make a big deal out of it but McCree can feel how more softer she is against him. It’s important to her, and McCree appreciates it so much. He’s the one to start talking mushy, but they eventually work into just giving each other some loving when they need it without having to ask.
