i’ve been wanting to talk about this for awhile, but after playing v’s route and seeing how people reacted to it, i’m honestly so upset that a lot of people fell for ray and pushed v aside. i understand why a lot of people would fall for ray- i did too, but this is v’s route and yet i see people saying that they wanted a ray route because “i liked ray so much more than v”, “v’s one was not romantic” or how “the whole time i was playing i just wanted a route for ray” instead of actually talking about the route itself or even v.
v has gone through so much and seeing the majority just dismiss him or not appreciate him was really upsetting. when i was playing his route, i could see just how much he had gone through and how much he has been suffering. i thought more people would appreciate v after his route, but all i see are people saying that they wanted a ray route, while ignoring everything that was in his route because they wanted romance and didn’t even focus on what the story was about. v is a sweetheart and i’m actually surprised a lot of people didn’t seem to really care about v in his own route.
v is broken, so of course you can’t expect him to jump right into a relationship. he needs time, and the way cheritz handled that felt realistic to me. with what he went through with rika, there’s no way he could commit into a relationship immediately. it’s upsetting that people are more concerned about the romantic aspect in v’s route and not appreciating the story.
these are just my thoughts and ofc i want a ray route too, just that i hope more people would start appreciating v and cheritz for all the work they’ve put into his route

I reaaaaaally loved that CG of Zen in his casual clothes in V’s route.. Actually I just loved all his CGs in V’s route. I wanted more ( ; v ; ) I messed this one up though.. Zen isn’t handsome enough.. I’m so sorry Zen OTL
Yoosung: He suffers from this all the time, especially after Rika’s death, so he knows how she’s feeling. He makes sure to let her know that no matter what happens in her future, she’ll always have a place in his heart. He constantly brings up marriage and potential children so that she knows that she has a future to look forward to with him. And bc he’s an angel, he doesn’t let a day go by without cheering her up or doing whatever it takes to get a smile upon her face.
Zen: “Babe, baabeee. You don’t gotta worry about that.” He knows she has the potential, and has no problem in helping her find it within herself. Whenever she’s brooding, he turns off the TV or whatever he’s doing, and goes out for a jog with her so she can get the negative thoughts off her mind. Absolutely loves complimenting her, and doesn’t mind getting horribly cheesy just to make her laugh.
Jaehee: She almost gets offended and goes on a hardcore speech about how amazing she is and how she can’t believe that she’s not capable of anything?? The cinnabun gets flustered after she realizes what she just said, but goes on and tells MC that it took her years to find her passion, and she’ll be right by her side while she finds hers.
Jumin:Ayyy you wanna be my assistant lmao He hugs her tightly and strokes her hair out of her face whenever she’s depressed, giving her tea, massages, or anything else to soothe the pain. He’s very persistent in letting her know that she has so many years of her life left to figure out what to do with it, and she shouldn’t hurt herself by trying to rush into it all at once.
Saeyoung: You know how people put self-esteem boosting lil notes on their fridge?? He’ll legit order a blimp just to spell out, “You got this!” with the clouds. Whenever she’s feeling down, he’ll just hold her and whisper encouraging things into her ear, and tell her that now that he’s Saeyoung again, his future is forever hers.
V: It hurts his heart to see her being so self-depreciating, and he makes it his mission to help her find herself since that’s exactly what she did for him. He’ll take her around the world with him, and visit every area in every city, just so that she knows that it’s a huge world, and somewhere in that huge world is a place for her, and wherever she is, that’s where he’ll be.
Saeran: He’s so bad with words, and even worse at trying to make those important to him feel better. How does one make someone feel better about feeling like they have no place in the world when he feels the exact same way? After clearing his throat awkwardly about fifty times, he takes her hand and strokes it with his thumb, telling her that they’ll find their calling together.

I liked both MC1 and MC2′s designs, so I just smashed them together. She was originally going to have MC2′s blue eyes, but they didn’t mesh well with Jiyun’s typical color palette. So I shifted them to a more auburn-ish color.
WITH THAT SAID- I am working on an actual Blonde!MC to make up for the lack of her in the main cast. She’s technically going to be paired with Saeran, but I’m thinking not in a romantic way. She’s going to be like that one drinking buddy you can get all angsty with and they wouldn’t judge you.

Those who’ve played Zen’s route know about him running away from home, barely making ends meet, working multiple jobs, and him currently. But here’s something we never got details about: his experiences being in a gang.
My goodness this ask has been sitting in my askbox for AWHILE. Okay here’s what I think.
We know how passionate Zen is about acting, and in his own Valentine’s Day ending he was going on and on about how he’d be there to support you with whatever dream you have, so I think that he’d be absolutely weak to seeing you be passionate about something.
That was phrased really weirdly just hear me out.
Whenever he sees you so concentrated on completing your artwork, or practising your singing and trying to perfect each bar, or even just reading your college textbooks so intently, you know he’s gonna be so happy for you because you’ve found something you wanna succeed in, just as he has.
He calls you ‘princess’ a lot but that doesn’t mean he wants you to just be spoiled and pampered. He likes to spoil and pamper you, but he loves it when you show what a strong and independent woman you are, for the lack of better adjectives.
He’ll probably see you really focused and in the zone and he’ll just marvel at how adorable and beautiful you look, though we all know he’s being overdramatic because Zen, I’m literally just trying to get my shading right. Ask him for a glass of water while you’re taking a break and he’ll come back with a glass of water, a packet of trail mix, some candy, and an offer to massage your back.
And oh my goodness he loves to just listen to you rattle on about what you want in your future; that shop you wanna open, that dance career you wanna pursue, that law degree you wanna get, anything you’re excited about, he’s equally just as excited.
By the way if you mention him in your plans for the future he’ll actually die on the spot because how wonderful that you’re even planning your future with him you’re the best girlfriend in the entire world. He’s just so proud of you and he highkey lowkey thinks it’s hot when you’re being so passionate about your dreams. He’ll be your super excited almost embarrassing #1 cheerleader.

AND, they’restill listening and working super hard every day for all of us- even those of us who are…less than kind to them, unfortunately…
SO, i’ve been thinking about what we can do to show them that hey, as a whole, we super love everything they do and, most importantly, we see and appreciate the fact that they’re always going above and beyond for us. (Because they really are.) And I know in some other fandoms, people organize days where they send the devs cupcakes or letters or videos or something and since nobody else (to my knowledge at least??) has done anything of that sort for Cheritz yet, I was thinking we could do the same???
Maybe. I doubt many people will be super into the idea, but if you are, PLEASE spread the word! And feel free to comment your ideas so that if I do find people/a person to co-plan, we have somewhere to start.
(And PLEASSEEEE please please, for the love of god, someone get in touch with me about co-planning cause i’m a disaster and know nothing…)

I know English, and I’ve seen the English dub and in my opinion, THIS felt and sounded MUCH better (even the pronunciation of Hitomi’s name sounded nice!)!
