-Cor is a very private man, so when it comes to his lazy days it remains a secret. People assume he is the sort of man to sit and read a paper, drinking coffee all day. But they couldn’t be farther from the truth.

-He is normally known for being an early riser but on his days off? The man will not get out of his bed until ten o’clock at the earliest.

-His phone remains on silent but he will check it in case of anything important. But if someone disturbs him for something trivial, god help them the next day. He will work them to the bone out of spite and of course for shits and giggles.

-On a hot, sunny day Cor will be the man getting a tan. In the garden on his sun lounger, shorts and sunglasses with a margarita in hand…yes I said margarita. He isn’t just a skilled swordsman you know? That is literally all he needs. Let the man be happy!

-On a cold, rainy day he has a secret hobby that he likes to undertake. Baking! He absolutely loves the warm smell of fresh bread and sweet smell of cakes.

-He is the King of fairy cakes. He puts Ignis to shame.

-When it comes to cooking dinners, Cor isn’t overly fussy with his food. He prefers quick and simple. He’s more of a steak, egg and chips man rather than salmon en croute or chicken a la king. He loves himself a good ol’ roast dinner too. Roast potatoes are his fave 🙂

-What does he like for afters you say? He likes something to cool him down, so you can bet your bottom dollar that ice cream is on the menu. But not just any ice cream. It’s Ben and Jerrys chocolate and caramel cookie dough ice cream.

–He. Does. Not. Share.

-Okay that last line was a lie. He would share if it was with you. But only you.

-If you’re lucky enough to be in a relationship with this guy, you’ll get to know his very rare smiles. The “You look gorgeous” smile. The “I’m so lucky to have you in my life” smile. The “Let’s snuggle down and watch an old movie together” smile and of course the most famous “Come to bed” smile.

-The last thing Cor does before he goes to bed on a lazy day is have a hot chocolate with marshmallows and cream. Most people say they have one to help them sleep. He doesn’t have a good reason, he just likes it.

There is one thing that he enjoys more than anything about his lazy days and that is that he doesn’t have to be “Cor the immortal.” He’s just plain and simple Cor Leonis and that is a part of his life that he truly loves.

Hanzo actually walked up to the owlery since he doesn’t have one of his own to find her little owl. With it, he sent her a quick message regarding meeting up for a study date later that week. When the owl finds her in the second floor girl’s lavatory, locking herself in one of the stalls, it drops the letter at the feet of an unresponsive Satya, soon quickly flying back out to seek the sender of the message.

When it finds Hanzo walking through the halls, it perches on his head as usual, and the wizard finds nothing strange about it. It isn’t until he sees the unusual fidgety behavior the bird is exhibiting (such as hopping and bobbing its head) is when he begins to suspect something’s amiss. The fact that the owl literally digs its talons into his robe and attempts to drag him just solidifies his suspicions and he follows it to the second floor bathroom. 

The bathroom, being non-functioning for years, anyone can enter (but they don’t since they hate dealing with the annoying ghost there). He can hear soft sobs coming from one of the sobs and he already knows it’s Satya. He doesn’t knock – he already knows she doesn’t like being surprised by sudden noises. 

Unfortunately, the bathroom’s ghost appears and floats over Satya’s stall. “Oooh, your boyfriend’s here! Now you can stop that sniveling!” it says cruelly. Hanzo’s sure if looks could kill, the ghost would’ve experienced a second death once it saw his glare. But at least Satya is aware of his presence. When the ghost disappears, he leans against one of the other stalls and decides to speak, quietly, telling her that he’ll stay with her until she’s ready to come out and he’ll listen if she wants to talk about it.

She explains from inside her stall – an awful group of students, people she’s never even formally met, called her a ‘mudblood’ and proceeded to cast a charm to ruin her personal journal. He knows of this journal – a book filled with the most intricate sketches and drawings he’s ever seen. Shapes and forms so detailed that they boggle his mind. But he still can’t get over the fact that people had the audacity to call her such a horrible name. She seems more upset that they ruined something important to her. 

When she finally comes out, he doesn’t touch her – she prefers her space and doesn’t do well with touch when she’s not feeling well. Instead, he offers to walk with her down to the kitchens where he’ll ask for extra tea leaves from the House Elves that they can prepare and drink. It seems to be enough, with Satya nodding and following Hanzo out of the bathroom. Her little owl perches on Hanzo’s shoulder as they leave, seemingly pleased.

As they walk, he hears Satya quietly thank him, even though she still appears upset. He doesn’t blame her but tells her that he’s happy to help because he values their friendship. Satya likes that Hanzo is straightforward with her. She allows herself to glance at him briefly but to Hanzo, it’s more than enough. Either way, he promises to himself that whoever did to her this will pay.

Noctis

• Has a habit of shortening phrases and abusing text speak. It is easier and quicker after all, saving all the effort he doesn’t want to put in.
• He always replies late to good morning texts at least three hours late, not because he forgot to but because the boy just woke up. But it’s always some illegible version of the phrase, as his brain hasn’t caught up with reality and his fingers are just mashing away at what he hopes are the correct letters.
• Does typo, realises he typoed, but doesn’t care enough to actually fix it, no matter how bad. Good luck, you’re on your own and he will rarely repeat himself.
• Will use emoticons where he can, and often replies to a long paragraph with only a single emoji.
• That being said, when those don’t suffice, he pulls out his folder of 1000 pictures to use as a response. Enjoys the novelty of the smug anime girl, and how using one always has Ignis glaring at him when they meet. “Have you cleaned your apartment?” Smug anime girl. “Did you remember the appointment?” Smug anime girl.
• Despite his constant abbreviations he is prone to typing slowly, leaving everyone on the three dots for a ridiculous amount of time. If you’re his lover however, he will put in some effort to reply slightly quicker.

Ignis

• Somehow never manages to typo anything, and everyone assumes it’s because that’s just Ignis. He can’t ever make a mistake. But the forbidden truth is that he will reread the text a couple times and correct any mistakes.
• Absolutely weak for receiving good morning texts, even if he woke up at 6am and got it at 8am. Will send you a paragraphs worth of concern if you send a “good morning” at 1pm.
• Aside from the morning texts, he will rarely pull out his phone to message people, keeping it strictly to work related calls or something that requires his attention immediately. Though if you’re a lover, he will take the time to make an exception and send you short little messages throughout the day. It’s always something short and sweet hoping to brighten your day. If you do the same, no matter how bad of a day he is having, it is always a pick-me-up for him.
• He finds it calming to vent to you if the day turns bad and after sending a couple long paragraphs he will feel a lot better, and thank you even if all you did was listen to him rant.
• Immensely enjoys the 🤔 emote, using it almost exclusively to judge people, especially when he knows they’re lying. If Noctis sends him a smug anime girl, he will reply with a vegetable and refuse to speak to him.

Prompto

• He will text day and night, no matter the situation. The more he loves you the more texts you receive. He learns that not everyone can have the same dedicated passion to texting, but will light up if you text just as much as him just for a little bit.
• Sometimes his fingers work faster than his brain, leading to many, many typos.
• He sends all sorts your way, this including various pictures he took with his phone, and mostly keeps to chatting with you on snapchat. That way he can have best of both worlds. He especially loves the few failed shots, always making him crack up with their horrible quality.
• You will receive a good morning text and good night text, even if for the former he has to wake up before falling back asleep with the phone against his face, usually ending in a good morrrnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn.
• Uses keymashing to express many emotions, and only you and Noctis seem to understand what emotion in question he’s trying to express. Ignis just asks him to stop having a stroke, and Gladiolus just sends a single “Right.”.
• Another thing he loves is to express his affection with little *hugs* and *kisses u gently*.

Gladiolus

• Texts often, a lot more than Ignis and Noctis, but not not nearly as quick as Prompto.
• He is plagued by tiny letter keys and large hands, leaving him typing twice as long trying to get his words across typo free, but only if it makes the word entirely illegible. If you can still make sense of it, he sends it anyways and wishes you the best of luck.
• With this he keeps his sentences as short as possible whenever he can, or if he has to go into detail abuses abbreviations, sometimes making some on the spot hoping it’s obvious what it means.
• This is part of the reason of his love/hate relationship with sexting. It takes too long to get his point across (or at least longer than he’d like).
• Has a double standard going on mostly against himself, pissed off at his typos, but completely fine with yours.
• A fan of using the old emojis like 🙂 or :0, but otherwise uses the others to send a quick reply, an okay emoji here, a thumbs down there.

Ravus

• He rarely pulls out his phone, to the point you think he forgets they exists entirely. He seems to only use it for emergencies every other month using actual words to communicate.
• Be warned, if he replies with a :), it is but a warning of the hell he will unleash personally, face to face with a few very strong words voicing his distaste. The more brackets the louder he will shout.
• If you’re on his really good side, expect a flood of dog pictures taken of Pryna and Umbra doing dumb things. If you’re lucky, it’s an entire video of the two dogs getting up to mischief, paired with him trying his best to suppress his laughter. Pray he sends you one of those videos while in a fantastic mood, because only then will you have his full laughter caught on camera.
• But if you are his lover, know he will for once in his life remember he does in fact own a phone and send you some very brief messages to express his endearment.
• He used to send you 🙂 as a genuinely happy face, but realised it was probably not the best of ideas when he mostly used it to show his major mild annoyance.

Lunafreya

• Once she discovered kaomojis, she never went back. They are just too cute to resist, and she has one for any occasion, and abuses  (*´_ゝ｀) on the sole basis it cracks her up.
• She likes to send you pictures of Umbra and Pryna doing cute things, as opposed to Ravus sending their goofy side.
• Depending on how busy she is, you either get paragraphs of text or just short sentences to quickly read through. Got surprisingly fast at typing, replying with a paragraph in just a few seconds, managing to avoid typos.
• She loves, loves, loves when you send her selfies, especially those where you are smiling. It will be her phone wallpaper till you send another one, but always feels guilty replacing it (even if it’s replacing you with you, Six bless her). In return she will send you just as many selfies, most of which have a peace sign, simply because she finds it cute.
• If not a selfie, it will be something pretty or a really tasty pastry with a message that says “This made me think of you (´∀｀)♡”. Or a picture of a fan with that same phrase, and if asked what does that even mean, she’ll add a happy “Cause I think you’re cool!”. Know she is laughing at her own joke.

Ardyn

• Has seen how the common phone evolved into what they are now, but somehow forgot to upgrade some few decades back up until recently. Being an immortal gets boring, and those old phones don’t have any app options to begin with.
• Upon getting this new marvel of technology he discovered how fantastic the emojis are, especially when a select few absolutely despise them. Then he will go out his way to use them, and if not expect normal replies, sometimes a typo here and there, never an abbreviation. He texts just as he speaks, and to this day you question how he manages to get his outlandish flair replicated perfectly.
• He seems to sporadically text, either entirely forgetting that he has a phone, or is too busy kicking ✝️Prince✝️off the high scores.
• As a self proclaimed “old timer” aside from using the generic emojis to annoy those who hate them, he sticks to the old smileys, and only recently swapped out the 🙂 for the :^). He finds the smug aura of that face too powerful to not use.
