AHHHHHHHHH YES. PARENTS YESSSS.
Yamada:
- Hizashi isn’t the type to hide the fact that he *wants* kids with you. Even if you just adopt -he wants to have his own family.
- But in that same vein I don’t think he’d actually try for kids with you unless you said you wanted a baby. He’s gotten to the point in his life where things will happen when they happen.
- Soooo when you both stood in your bathroom staring down at a little pregnancy test you are both overjoyed. Squealing, hugging, kisses and proclamations of “We’re going to be parents!” are abundant.
- Past the first month or so things get pretty serious, though. Hizashi looks into selling the penthouse for a family home in a good neighborhood where you’ll be safe.
- He consults a gene therapist specializing in quirk outcomes to determine what the chances are he’s going to need to get you ear-plugs when you go to the hospital… Turns out– it’s about a 30% chance.
- Spends most of his days working on his things or on things for the baby, then feels bad about it because he spent zero time with you.
- And you thought Hizashi was cuddly before… He makes up for being busy all the time by peppering kisses on you.
- Hizashi relents eventually and leaves you in charge of planning the nursery, but refuses to let you do any of the hard work yourself.
- Not long after you finally get settled into your new house you order your crib.
- …. You go back to the furniture store less than a week later when you discover you’re going to have twins.
- He is the proudest papa when his girls are born (turns out the earplugs were unnecessary).
- Yes, there are pictures of him coddling his twins in the tabloids any time the pair of you step out of the house.
Aizawa:
- It’s not that Shota doesn’t want children- it’s just that he doesn’t see himself as great father material. Besides; he’s a teacher. He basically has 20 kids at any given time.
- Sooo when you discover during a routine doctor’s appointment that you- are in fact pregnant with Aizawa Shota’s child you… Hold it back for a bit.
- Telling your husband shouldn’t have been as stressful as that was- but what could you do? Was there a good way to bring this up? You stress relentlessly about it until Shota calls out how dodgy you’re being.
- He looks… So heartbroken by the time you tell him you had no idea how to broach the subject. It’s one of the few moments Shota pulls you into a hug and doesn’t let you go.
- Shota assures you that you’re going to be a great mother, and he’s not going to let you do this on your own. He’s only sorry if something he said ever made you think he’d detest the idea of starting a family.
- You and Aizawa upgrade apartments- enough to have nursery: but unlike Yamada he puts it off long enough to make sure he’s going to be a father of one.
- Morning sickness hits you HARD, as does cravings. Luckily it’s nothing weird- just lots of fruit and boiled vegetables.
- You also begin to notice you always get woken up at around midnight. About the same time Shota normally gets back from patrols on the weekends.
MastermindShinsou has graduated at this point, and has offered multiple times to stay with you when Aizawa is working. Yamada is on god-dad standby for getting you to the hospital and threw the baby shower.- Lucky you it didn’t come to that. You went into labor in your sleep at three am. Aizawa happened to be just winding down after that.
- When it was noon you and he were gently coddling your quiet and wiggly baby boy.
- You son is grabbing and scratching at everything until the nurses put some mittens on him.
- Aizawa decides that, maybe, he’s got this whole “Dad” thing.
Toshinori:
- You and Toshinori had never ever ever talked about starting a family together. It just… Hadn’t come up? He was a very busy man, you were pretty busy yourself and you seemed satisfied as you were.
- So when your cycle got all out of whack you didn’t think anything of it. This sort of thing happened due to stress… But Toshi still noticed.
- The moment you started vomiting for no apparent reason Toshi was practically in the car with the doctor’s visit already planned and paid for.
- That’s when the doctor confirmed it; you two were going to be parents.
- Ever want to see All Might Cry? No?…. Well he was crying because of how happy he was. He had no idea how to handle this. Frankly- he suspected he’d be dead years ago– now here he was starting a family.
- Toshi spent a lot of time devoted on learning what to do, spending time taking care of you rather than restricting what you could do because of your pregnancy.
- He only gets a little apprehensive of your activity level when you’re late into your term. He’s always trying to be his most consoling when he’s with you.
- Not even Midoria knows about you, so it’s quite a surprise to him when he actually gets to meet you.
- So many symbol of peace jokes.
- “This is the symbol of peace.” *gestures to your belly* “And this is a piece of the symbol of peace.”
- Truth be told Toshi’s actually VERY nervous about any complications that happen. It’s a residual fear from knowing he could still be killed or die from his long-term wounds.
- He absolutely flips out when the doctors have to untangle your baby girl from the umbilical chord.
- That aside she’s a healthy, screaming, happy baby.
- One of your fondest memories if actually of Toshinori in a hospital gown with your yelly bundle of joy nestled in a towel on his chest.
- Your daughter is a hugger, and a total daddy’s girl.
