Oh yes. That is partly why her paranoia spikes so much when she’s pregnant. It kind of comes to a breaking point when she realizes she can’t run with her large belly, and then, defend herself. Moments like that scare her, and only once, and only to McCree, has she ever confessed this fear. McCree is very quick to reassure her that he’s doing all the worrying and protecting for her and the baby. He’s not going to let anything happen to her or their unborn child. No matter what, she’s still the strongest person he knows, and she’s doing amazing.
Sombra is always able to calm herself and keep going on without too much fright, because she’s going to be there for her baby and make sure they live happy and healthy.
I think Sombra might be a little scared at first maybe feeling vulrable somehow and I sort of don’t think it was planned which doesn’t help her at first. But after talking to Mcree they both agree it’s something they want and they let the happiness wash over them, I think Sombra has moments of nervousness but she’s determined to give her child the best life and Mcree is always there to pick her up and reassure her that she’s a strong woman
