Aizawa Shouta/Eraserhead – Out in public or at work, Shouta isn’t a touchy-feely kind of guy. When people touch him or climb on him (looking at you Nedzu), he bears it with grim stoicism. He won’t fight them off but he’s not exactly leaning into it, either. At home? Totally different story. – He’s not the kind of guy who expresses his affection verbally, not very often. You can tell he loves you by how he treats you. Even if he’s kind of a nag, he’s a surprisingly warm and caring man. His students see him as a hardass, but that’s because he’s their teacher. He’s your partner, which is something completely different. – So, naturally, this means he enjoys cuddling. It’s a calm, restful way to be close to you. Napping or dozing and spending quality time with you? That’s just killing two birds with one stone and Aizawa can’t resist that kind of efficiency. It’s simply the only rational thing to do. – The stresses of his job(s) mean that being wrapped up in your arms, your breath warm against his neck, your heartbeat slow and in time with his, is very important to his mental and emotional health. He’s got so much responsibility heaped on his shoulders, all those worries on his mind – sometimes it’s nice just to bury his face in your hair, close his eyes, and shut everything out. – He doesn’t watch a lot of TV, but I can see him enjoying films and documentaries. The perfect way to watch is curled up with you on the couch, a blanket or nine, and several purring felines. – Unless he’s busy, he’ll rarely push you away when you go in for affection. At worst, you’ll get a tired grumble. At best, a hair-ruffle and a ‘Shoo. Later.’ – If he wants the snuggles, he is going to have them. It’s not unusual for his scarf to snap out and snag your waist, dragging you in closer to the padded yellow cocoon of his sleeping bag. – If you have breasts, he’ll probably sleep on them given half a chance. Pillows are nice, but a warm one is always better. Your heartbeat soothes him to sleep. Just hope that you don’t to eat or use the bathroom, since he’s just like a cat – it’s criminal to disturb him when he falls asleep on your lap.
