@mandakatt When the Bros are short on money and they need to hunt. Hunter is mildly unsatisfied that they hunt once or twice a day. But they understand that this wasn’t Astera.
So like, one day Hunter just decided to get a lot of hunts and just sets off and comes back later next day, they cannot believe that they just finished the requests so fast and not dead from roaming deamons???
Hunter: hey guys! I’m back!!!
Palico: check out the meowsive loot we got!!!
Noctis: wait, you’re done with the hunts?!
Prompto: how are you uhhh… Not dead from the deamons roaming about???
Gladio: I’m surprised you two still get surprised by what they do….
Ignis: anyhow, what’s important is that you’re just in time for lunch and no doubt that the loot will allow us to acquire more curatives for the journey…
Apologies! I just saw this note now! *kicks tumblr and huffs at it!* But yes! I agree! The hunter is used to going on all day hunts! This once or twice a day thing isn’t much of a challenge!
Of course the bro’s would look a bit panicked cause – one, where in the six did the hunter get off to?! and two – Wait you did what with how many hunts and got how much gil?!
Prompto: *gasp* Whoa….
Ignis: I will admit, the last time I had seen that much money in one place was within the royal treasury.
Noctis: *blinks slowly* Wait, you mean to tell me that you completed all of our hunts, and then some?
Hunter: Uh… maybe?
Palico: Meowster got this too! *shows off the Blue Diamond bracelet on their wrist*
Hunter: *blushes a little*
Gladio: Well now, I guess that means everyone knows you’re a Grandmaster then.
Hunter: I guess? Though I’m not used to having a ‘Rank’ acknowledged in such a way..
The hunter would totally be confused by the rank system, and the warning that comes with it:
Tipster: Now, you’re not high enough rank to take on this one yet! Come back and see me when you are.
Hunter: *leaves* …. *returns a half day later with all the required stars* Kay, let me see the hunt now.
Tipster: *blinks slowly, offers hunt* …..scary.
Then the word gets out to Dave, that’s an interesting meeting.
Dave: Alright, what is all this hubub about now?
Prompto: Well, we kinda completed all your Tipster’s hunts.
Dave: *squints slowly* Excuse me?
Hunter: Ah, sorry uhmn.. Commander? *brows knit*
Dave: Ah nah, I ain’t no commander Kid, but…you’re serious?
Ignis: *provides proof of their current hunter rank*
Dave: Well I’ll be, so it’s y’all that’re raisin’ hell out there huh?
