I love the idea that McCree and Sombra give each other kisses when they’re getting up / going to sleep. McCree wakes up pretty gracefully along with the sun and already finds Sombra splayed in the bed next to him, deep asleep. He loves pressing a kiss to her temple, unable to stop the smile that spreads across his face when she reacts in her sleep either by stretching or trying to move closer to him. And when McCree goes to bed for the night, Sombra will stay in bed until he’s asleep, finally parting from him with a small peck to his lips and a gentle rake of her fingers through his hair before she slips away to do some work late into the night.
Honestly, since a little kid I was a sucker for the bad seed/ baddie/ underdog that went dark due to a pivotal event to just…let that go and become a much better version of themselves. I think is because everyone has a dark side of themselves (and no, you puritanical tumblr user thats about to give me hate, ur not excluded either).
In the end: Whats so wrong with wanting that darkness to be gone? Whats so wrong with turning people to your side? Isnt that what everyone tries to do every day? Fight their own demons and do their best?
I love those moments of struggle. I love the moments when their earth-which has been shaking for quite a while now- is finally shattered. And they see…they see themselves for what they can be. And even better, when this happens because of love??? Love for their SO, love for their family???

Gladio as he appears in my FFXV/FFX crossover AU! he’s a pretty strong swordsman, and (alongside Ignis and Cor) he’s one of summoner Prompto’s original guardians. he’s a little temperamental and impatient, but his heart is as big as his muscles. he comes from a long line of summoner guardians, and Prompto is his top priority; nevermind this weird Noctis kid, wherever he came from (he likes blitzball, though, so maybe he isn’t all bad).

this one was super fun!! for my FFXV/FFX crossover AU, I decided to make Aranea a ronso. she’s a wandering mercenary fiend-killer for hire that winds up with summoner Prompto’s group. she’s only in it for the gil, of course, but eventually she ends up growing fond of the summoner and his friends; something about these idiot humans… the horn around her neck was apparently snapped off some poor male ronso’s forehead. no one really knows why she has it, and when they ask her, she just smiles and shrugs.

I haven’t worked on my AU in a while–but here’s Cindy for the FFXV/FFX crossover!! she’s the granddaughter of Cid, leader of the Al Bhed people. Cindy is bubbly and energetic and tough, and very handy when it comes to tools and messing with machina. another addition to Summoner Prompto’s ever growing family of guardians!

Cor for my FFXV/FFX crossover AU! this tired dad is summoner Prompto’s caretaker and one of his original guardians (alongside Gladio and Ignis). he found Prompto as a baby, washed up onshore among a mess of machina and boat wreckage, and he’s looked after him ever since.
Prompto has always been a somewhat sickly, frail boy, and Cor wasn’t too happy when he decided to become a summoner. but since he can’t convince Prompto otherwise, all Cor can do is continue to look after him.

valefor is one of his favorite aeons to call on. he loves how gentle and pretty she is, and she was his first summon so there’s a lot of attachment there.

The idea was haunting me for awhile, and I had to get it done.. lol After playing Skyrim nonstop for awhile, these thoughts came to be. I only made Ignis half-blind as I imagine the burn mark was from an attack he wasn’t able to get away from and the other is an orange-red as that’s the color of eyes the vampires usually have in the game.

As the sun gently turned to a shade of orange that kissed the lands around you, as if to say “good night”, you and your group of friends began to set up camp, lest the daemons tried to eat you up alive.
You, alongside the Prince and his retinue, had been fairly close throughout the tail end of your high school years. After graduating, you decided to join his elite Crownsguard to not only protect him, but just hang out with him and your other friends.
In the end, you would say it was worth it. You got to travel with them on what was meant to be a trip to Altissia, but turned into a long trip of just seeing the world and trying to right the Empire’s wrongs throughout Lucis with the ultimate goal of eventually getting to Luna.
The trip, in spite of the many turmoils you faced and still face, was still fun. You grew closer to your guys, and they were always looking out for you and caring for you. It was very pleasant. One time, when you were sick, they had all taken turns taking care of you, even though they eventually got sick themselves. But you didn’t mind caring for them. You never did. They always had a special place in your heart.
The night unfolded as normal. Prompto was bouncing around, showing photos he took during the day, complimenting your appearance like always, bless his big heart, to you and Noct, Gladio was doing squats, rolling his eyes at every silly thing the two younger men said, and Ignis was making what smelled like a delicious meal.
“Oh! Lookit you in this one! You look so adorable when you smile naturally!” Prompto exclaimed, a small blush on his face as he complimented you.
“Yeah you really do,” Noct said nonchalantly.
“Guys, stop! You’re making me all embarrassed,” you whined, covering your face to hide your huge smile.
“Lemme see that,” Gladio sauntered over, resting his arm on your shoulder, leaning down to see the picture on the camera’s small display.
There was a moment of silence as he examined the picture before turning to you with a wolfish grin.
“These boys don’t know how to compliment a wonderful lady. Your smile is absolutely stunning,” He complimented your features, causing your face to heat up more.
“Hey no fair! We’re just as good with women as you are!” Prompto exclaimed, lightly slapping Gladio’s arm, causing him to snicker.
“Hm… I’m probably better with women than all of you,” Noctis said smugly in his usual tired tone.
“Guys!” You whine once more.
Ignis approached you and placed his gloved hand on your head for a moment, to silence you and the conversation that was occurring, before placing a hot plate on your lap.
“Dinner is ready,” He simply said in a low tone, almost as if he was speaking to you alone.
Gladio guffawed at the previous conversation followed by the sudden silence as he sat in his chair.
“Finally. I’m starving,” He exclaimed.
“It looks really good tonight, Ignis,” Noctis complimented before shoveling the food into his mouth.
“I’m glad you agree. I was sure to put extra veggies in this dish,” Ignis stated, pushing his glasses up to remove the glare from the fire around them.
Noctis paused for a moment before slowly letting the food fall back onto his plate with a soft ‘bleh’.
“Dude, gross!” Prompto exclaimed, holding his plate away from Noct.
“I simply jest, of course,” Ignis spoke with a small smile on his face at the group’s usual antics.
“Not. Cool,” Said Noctis.
You giggled at his usual boyish antics and began to dig into your food, some small conversations popping up but otherwise, it was a rather quiet meal.
You wanted to think it was a comfortable silence, however, the boys were extremely tense.
Ignis suddenly put his fork down and cleared his throat.
“(Y/N), dear. There’s something we wanted to discuss with you,” Ignis said in his firm, mom voice.
Oh no. That was never a good sign. You mind immediately began spiraling down to worst case scenario of how they wanted to leave you behind with Iris to protect you because you were a woman.
“Oh yeah? What do you need?” You asked, your voice breaking.
“Well… I’m not quite sure how to say this, but-” Ignis was cut off by Noctis.
“We wanted to say this for a long time and-” Noctis was, again, cut off by Prompto.
“We all really like you! A lot!” He exclaimed suddenly, looking very tense as he stared down to his lap.
“Whelp, let’s see how we can salvage this,” Gladio sighed. “We’ve all really loved you for such a long time. And we just don’t want you to choose between us. I mean, we’re still sure if you aren’t gonna say yes,” He exlpained.
“I uhm…” You stammered. “I’m really flattered, you guys. But what does this mean for us?” You asked.
“It means we all want to be your boyfriend. All four of us. At the same time,” Noctis spoke up, speaking slowly.
You heated up even more. You weren’t exactly opposed to the idea, you greatly enjoyed caring for them and they you, but you weren’t sure how this would work.
You took a deep breath and smiled at all of them.
“Yes. I’ll be your girlfriend,” You stated, look at all of them in anticipation.
Prompto was the first to stand up, walking over to you and wrapping you in a tight hug, pelting your face with kisses.
“You won’t regret this!” He exclaimed, puncuating each word with a kiss.
The rest of the guys got up and all wrapped their arms around you, with Noctis nuzzling your hair, Gladio kissing your forehead, and Ignis just chuckling and rubbing your back.
Noctis lifted his chin from your hair and looked to the tent.
“I’m tired. How about a group snuggle pile?”
Prompto let out a little cheer, walking to the tent with the rest of the guys, with you following closely behind. You spent the night wrapped up warm in their arms, knowing you’ll never regret this decision.
“You are my ears and I am your eyes. One cannot survive without the other.”
“Guide me my way Prompto and I’ll do the same in return.”

Because boy…. The story will be XTRA ANGST with these boys like this on their road trip journey. Noctis a blind prince and Prompto the deaf pleb.
When Altissia happened, Luna begged for the Kings of Yore to help Noctis. Guess who became bonded? Noctis sees through Prompto’s eyes and Prompto hears from Noctis’ ears. Shhh let the Kings and Queen ship these two even Luna ships them
But guess what??
When Noctis sat on the throne being stabbed to death by the kings. Prompto defs feel each. And every. Stab. That. Noctis. Felt.
Prompto was sobbing, choking and begged Ignis and Gladio to bring him to Noctis as he struggled to breathe. He needed to be with Noctis.
………………
When dawn arrived. Gladio was consoling a silently crying Igni– who is he kidding? He was crying too.
Noctis and Prompto were huddled together on the throne… Asleep with a smile :”)
With Noctis’ ears bleeding and ringing and Prompto’s other eye caked with blood plus with their connection being severed. Noctis did the stupid and yelled out so loud just to make sure his babe boi was feeling assured, remind him he matters and he’s gonna come and save him.
