The worry and then relief of gladio and prompto when they hear ignis’ voice
How worried and even scared ignis is for prompto when prom’s voice suddenly cuts out
Prompto’s constant worrying over noct AND ignis equally
Gladio yelling at ignis to keep it together, and prompto being super worried and checking that ignis is ok
The way prompto screams ignis’s name when he and gladio get to the altar
Both prompto and gladio can’t decide who’s side to run to so gladio goes to ignis and prompto goes to noct
(Might just be me but) prompto looked like he was nearly in tears seeing both ignis and noct on the ground
Ignis’ pure loyalty, love and devotion to noctis goes without saying honestly
Ignis trying to edge noct away from perusing his “destiny” since he knows noct must die

Tumblr has begun shadowbanning posts well before the deadline of December 17th. This was brought to my attention as people began to message me saying they were getting alerts that I posted something new, but when they came to my blog there was nothing new when in fact there should be.
These posts aren’t flagged as inappropriate or anything. They are simply hidden, as I suspect this one may be as well. Whether this is slowly rolling out to various blogs or if it’s one big switch that has been flipped, Adult Content creators are getting fucked harder and earlier than anticipated.
With the information we were given it was understood that blogs that had voluntarily flagged themselves as explicit from the start would be safe to post safe for work content, and only the posts deemed inappropriate would be flagged and hidden. No deletions. No shadowbans, nothing like that.
But what we’re seeing now is different. Posts aren’t being flagged then hidden, they’re simply not being shown at all, with no option to contest it.
And that’s all well and good, Tumblr can do as it pleases, but what really pisses me off is that all of these artists have been scrambling to get the word out about where to follow them, many trying to attempt to secure their future and ability to make money and thrive as artists…and Tumblr has essentially given them a huge middle finger by cutting off their connection to their followers.
If you are able to read this, follow my Twitter to make sure you actually see the updates I post from here on out. Nothing is guaranteed with Tumblr, and things don’t look like they’re going to get better.
Edit: It appears that new posts can show up on the dashboard just fine, but if you go directly to a blog, it’s not showing up. So I’ll probably be forced to do a lot of posting/reblogging in the coming days (which I’ve already done a ton of) and I apologize for that. Tumblr is really a damn mess.

You’d expect a boss themed after holiness and time travel to have epic orchestral bombing music but it actually plays fast goblin rap rock that gets replaced by elevator music anytime the boss stops time.
this article is so funny because it’s admitting tumblr always intended to banish nsfw material so that it could capitalize on ad revenue from social justice users and above all, fandoms. they wanted to turn black lives matter activism and game of thrones stans into ad revenue–that’s explicitly stated in the article. in an attempt to gain money they killed… literally all of their revenue streams in one fell swoop. the people that came for porn are gone. that was 20% of their users, conservatively. fandoms are already exodusing en masse. and by banning “female presenting nipples” while leaving up white supremacists, they offended literally every quarter of social justice users that still might have had a reason to stay.
This whole NSFW situation is exactly like when America made alcohol illegal in the 1920s to combat rampant alcoholism and it 100% backfired and actually made people drink way MORE and actually made it more accessible. They realized what a mistake they had made and repealed that shit.

Hey all, I know there’s a lot of what the heck is going on issue, and here’s some information I gathered:
You can post, people can see it on their dash, but when you go to a blog, it is not on their first page.
You can only access it in their archives.
Or on another page, but it is out of order.
This is frustrating, especially if you’re NOT an explicit blog.
As a content creator, this is extra frustrating.
I’m positive this is a bug as they fix the filtering systems, however, here’s what I suggest in the meantime:
Stop your Queue/Don’t post new creative content (or do so, but know it won’t show on your first page)
Update your bio to let followers know that you are indeed active and where to find new posts
Send an email to staff, such as this:

While my recent posts appear on the dashboard, they are not appearing on the first page of my blog. Instead, they can only be accessed through the archive or on other pages, but out of order. Is this currently a sitewide bug due to correcting the filtering system? Have I been muted, and if so, what would be the reason for this and what can I do to correct it? Hey guys, an AO3 tag wrangler here with a small suggestion for making the lives of wranglers and the Abuse volunteers and all your fellow users a little easier. You know that impulse to post a “PROMPT ME, I WILL TAKE ANY OF THESE 50 SHIPS IN 30 FANDOMS” work?
Please don’t. These make everyone cry.
Look at all those fandoms and ship tags… that this work doesn’t apply to! Look at the fact that this isn’t even a work yet! Look at all those tags you’re asking wranglers to wrangle, usually not the existing canonicals, that appear in the bins of 30 different wrangling teams, flooding the smaller teams and annoying the big ones! Look at the Abuse volunteers getting 3 reports for your work in the first day and having to talk to you and reply to each of those people!

Post a link in the notes of all your works!
Post a link on your blog and your AO3 profile!
Post the things you’ll accept in the Rules/FAQ section of the collection!

Easily delete prompts that don’t follow your rules!
Post each work separately and gift each one to the prompter to build relationships and encourage interest from new fans who just noticed your work!
So much control, so much useful organization, so many fewer frustrated users finding a work with two chapters, neither of which applies to most of the relationships or fandoms tags. Why burn your bridges with some users when you’re trying for positive attention for your works?

Ahh, I took so long to answer this! I’m sorry D: I kept meaning to get around to it, but here it is! Glad you enjoyed my random little tags (honestly though, that’s all I do these days; tags.) but honestly? Gladio’s pretty damn intelligent. I only mean to briefly cover why I think so, buuuuuut I ended up writing an essay, which is kind of what I do for everything, y’all should know better by now XD.
TL;DR: Gladiolus Amicitia is an intelligent, well-educated young man.

I really liked how you tapped into some key points of his upbringing. Sometimes we only see him as the muscles of the group, not really paying attention to all those details.
Gladio has so much to give and it’s overlooked. He’s a fascinating character once you look onto him and his very human actions. We see him mature from his hotheaded early teens when he reacts strongly over specific topics like Noct’s worth to be king or Iris going missing, to his more calm big brotherly type as he takes his time to hear Noct’s feelings and encourage Ignis to not judge Noct as a kid who doesn’t want to focus on his role.
It’s also interesting to take into consideration that Gladio is shown in different lights on both Japanese localisation and the English one. I don’t know much about it, but apparently there’s a difference on how both Gladios speak.
…and I’m getting a little carried away?

Everyone loves to shit on this site but the truth is no major social media platform fosters a sense of community quite like tumblr nor does it generate such valuable conversations (amidst a lot of bullshit granted but there’s no escaping that anywhere on the internet)…….like the kinds of genuine love n connection that are created via tumblr are absolutely unique to the platform and I don’t know why or what it is and I sure as hell don’t attribute the quality to anything the staff has ever done but it doesn’t matter, there is something special about it here, an accident maybe but over its 11 years of existence it’s consistently bridged a gap between traditional text-based blogging and more recently popular photo-centric social networking that allows for more humanity & innovation than I’ve found anywhere else, and I’ll be the first to say I’m only leaving when they drag me out by my ankles and u bet your bottom dollar I’ll be kicking and screaming.
