a/n: hey! apologies that it’s taken me so long to sit down and write something. ideas for headcanons about cuddling prom and just generally being mushy and sweet with him have been festering for a while, but it’s taken a bit to finally buckle down and write the darned thing. it’s a bit disjointed and also hella self indulgent, but nonetheless i hope you enjoy!

being as energetic as he is, he can get a bit wound up before bed
although he never really makes himself tea, he will drink it happily if you make him some before bed to relax
but drop in an ice cube or something to cool it some before he can get his hands on it

tries his best to go to bed at the same time as you, because he likes talking to you for a bit before you both drift off
he’s one of those people that starts brushing their teeth and then gets bored so goes and starts doing something else and then forgets that they’re brushing their teeth
all of a sudden 20 minutes have passed and his toothbrush is still in his mouth
plays some chill music or instrumental tracks in the background while you guys get ready for bed, it helps him relax (and sometimes he can persuade you to slow dance with him a little while the sun is setting)
usually wears old t-shirts with pyjama pants to bed and is totally cool if you guys just share all your pyjamas
(but sometimes in the summers, when it’s really hot, he wears boxer briefs to bed and OOOH THOSE LEGS (and some other things) LOOK FAB 👌)
anywAY THAT’S NOT WHAT WE’RE HERE TO TALK ABOUT
if he gets into bed after you or has to get up for something and you’re sleeping, he tries to be as quiet and gentle as possible
you’ll feel the mattress dip and turn over to see him lowering himself onto the bed in what he thinks is a subtle maneuver
“oh, hey, you’re awake.” and then the tips of his ears turn a ‘lil red and he gives you one of those soft, crooked grins
likes to sleep facing you so that you two can talk and he can see you and hold you

always talks softly when he’s cuddling with you in bed, even if it’s the middle of the day and nobody else is around; he’s so gentle

He’s absolutely the most sensitive beneath the ears and along his throat; the easiest way to rile him up is with kisses to the flesh of his neck or even giving it a gentle, innocent rubbing.
His hair will stand on end if the back of his neck is blown on or grazed with fingertips, and it’s not something he can easily control, which frustrates him to no end, even if it’s his significant other – he’s just an overly shy guy and touch is a slow thing to get into.
If it is an accident, he’ll freeze up and silently create room between himself and the perpetrator of the crime, accompanied by a blush and a few terse words; usually Gladiolus is the criminal and it never fails to amuse him.
If he’s in the mood, a few well-placed kisses and bites will leave him completely undone, and he doesn’t mind a few marks here and there either.
Gladiolus Amicitia
Hands.
His hands are his greatest weapons, and calloused or otherwise, they are all the more sensitive to tender, gentle touches – his body is one big EZ, but he likes the focus on his fingertips.
He likes it when his hands are put to work, his S/O taking them and placing them on their body, even in the most chaste of ways will drive him to be a little handsy.
Stroking and massaging his palms and fingers will be cause for many hums and pleased noises, whether it’s innocent or not – he just enjoys being treated gently.
Accidental interactions don’t really faze him, he’s got enough self control – especially when it comes to touch. If it’s not in the moment, it doesn’t bother him.
When he is, however, he uses them often – he gets really riled up if his palm is kissed or his fingers are bitten when he’s stroking his S/O’s cheek or touching their face.
Ignis Scientia
Lips & Jaw.
Soft, playful kisses that lead to biting and bruises are a usual for Ignis Scientia.
He enjoys the texture of flesh on his lips and is awfully generous with kisses when it comes to his S/O.
Prompto once asked Ignis to teach him how to kiss – for science – it ended with a lot of heavy petting that neither of them are ashamed of.
Fingertips tickling along his lips and jaw just drive him downright wild; love bites trailing across his sharp chin are accompanied by pleasant shivers and he is easily putty in hands at the very action.
Once during training with Gladiolus, they both got into a loud argument, which somehow ended as the big guy’s hand gripped Ignis’ chin. The advisor would die before he admits that he enjoys a little manhandling, or that anything naughty happened within the training room that day.
Prompto Argentum
Shoulders.
Prompto’s most sensitive around the shoulders and the small junction between them and his throat, and is especially swayed by way of kisses. He enjoys sensuous, soft ones that make their way over his many freckles.
Massages are the key to his heart, as they usually begin innocently and he really likes to test out his come-ons; he’ll easily give in after a moment or two, though, so long as he feels thoroughly relaxed.
He finds it incredibly erotic when his S/O is gripping his shoulders, holding onto him for dear life, there’s a spark of heroics in the action and the added dig of fingernails that leave marks for days are great.
After a long bout of training with the glaive once, Nyx casually stepped over and grabbed his shoulders, giving them a quick rub and a pat on the back for his good work. Prompto was all awkward laughs.
Being touched on the shoulder, even in a friendly matter does a lot to him, because it leaves the person in close enough proximity to observe the way they speak, or how their throat twitches with pulse.
Ravus Nox Fleuret
Clavicle & Hair.
Fingers softly tracing the planes of his collar really bring Ravus into a state of sensuality. He’s very slow and methodic with such things, and delicate touches along sensitive flesh and bone is a nice contrast to the harshness of his work.
The grazing of teeth is nice, but he prefers open mouthed kisses and the simple feeling of skin on skin. Any bit of handling usually leaves an ache easily, and though he enjoys the reminder, he likes to keep his mind on form.
Normally, he hates for his hair to be touched, but fingers scouring through the locks during kisses and between smoldering glances do much to turn him on.
He is not averse to tugging and will let his S/O know; or, more likely, he will simply command them to do as he likes.
On a less sexual notion, he does enjoy hair petting, though he is loathe to admit it – and, usually, one would have to catch him during a rather rare mood to get away with the slightest of touches. Even if he likes it, he feels compelled to bite back.

You sometimes hated the fact that you were always early. It made you the tiniest bit anxious to be in a crowded area on your own but it was you who had suggested the local fair and said you’d scout for ‘coppers’. You idly played with the hem of your cropped shirt, fingers taking turns at flicking at the knotted ends as your eyes scanned the crowd. Finding Jame and Mako would be easy, their towering heights placing them high above the crowd and yet you still couldn’t see hide nor tail of either one of their silhouettes. Sighing softly, your eyes dipped down to the satchel you had on your hip, hands digging through the bag until your hands grabbed at your phone. Maybe you could get an ETA from Mako and Jamie would catalog each of his steps with a quick, blurry picture.
Your fingers danced across the keyboard, a crooked grin creasing your lips as you sent a sweet playful message their way.
‘Hurry up you two, I’m getting bored!’
You flipped open the camera in the message, sticking your tongue out at the camera and giggling softly as you geo-tagged it with another quick ‘hurry up’. Your grin only grew as you saw Jamie’s name pop up, snickering as Junkrat sent a blurry picture of him in his sidecar, his tongue stuck out like a dog with his head out the window. You snorted, hands poised to begin to type another message before you felt a hand grab at your wrist.
“Y/N?”
All the giddy joy inside of you turned to frigid horror, a hard knot forming in your throat as your eyes drifted from your phone screen to your ex in front of you. Every alarm screamed in you to run, your foot barely managing to edge backward as a sly smirk pulled at their lips. Their hold tightened on your wrist, a flash of pain dancing across your face as you croaked and stuttered at the creep.
“G-get a-a-away fr-from me…”
There was no strength in your voice and like they did before, they practically thrived off of your fear.
“Oh isn’t that nice”, they scoffed out, snickering as they pulled you closing, yanking a scared yelp from your throat as you scrambled backwards. “You still don’t have any fucking manners. All this time and you still haven’t gotten any smarter have you? Such a bitch…”
“St-stop it”, you whimpered, the vice grip around your vocal cords somehow tightening, tears burning in your eyes as their grip on your wrist tightened. You knew that there would be a bruise there once they let go. Your head dipped down, your chest rising and falling but pulling nary any air into your lungs as you tried to pull yourself together. “L-l-leave me alo-alone…I-I d-don’t want to talk to you.”
“Did I ask you what you wanted dumbass”, they questioned, a hand moving to grip your chin and tilting your face up, tears rollings down your cheeks before your eyes squeezed shut. “Look at me…HEY! I said look at m–”
“Get the fuck off of Y/N!”
Your eyes flew open at the sound of Jamie’s voice, Mako’s low guttural growl practically vibrating the ground beneath you. Junkrat’s fist had connected solidly with you ex’s face, the pain and shock of being assaulted causing him to let go of your wrist. Mako’s boot was placed solidly against their torso, holding them down and applying pressure more solidly to them as they attempted to push the Enforcer off of them. You couldn’t tear your eyes away from their snarling face, your breaths still coming in too quick pants, tears still flowing down your face unbeknownst to you.
“Hey…hey darl…lookit ole ‘Rat…c’mon darl…”
Junkrat’s voice was soft, soothing, the man making sure not to touch you as he eased himself into your line of sight. Slowly, he moved in front of you until your gaze locked onto his, a sob tumbling for your lips before you stumbled towards him. His arms wrapped tight around you as you pressed your face into his chest, shoulders shaking, unable to calm the distress within you. You had been so scared, you had thought you had escaped them, had escaped those feelings and yet the moment you saw them you felt so small, so worthless, so vulnerable like he had always made you feel before.
“I-I-I’m s-so-sorry”, you stuttered into Jamison’s chest, trying to calm yourself down and breathe and stop being so ‘overdramatic’.
Jamie’s hands moved from the back of your head to gingerly resting on your cheek slowly pushing you back, his features a turmoil of emotions but filled msotly with concern.
“Whatcha apologizin’ for luv”, he said, his voice still barely above a whisper. “You ain’t done nothin’ wrong darl, nothin at all. This whacka should be put six feet under for what he did to ya darl. Ain’t done nothing wrong at all. Innit that right ‘Hog?”
You could hear Hog grunt before a sickening snap sounded, your ex screaming about their arm before Mako sweeped both you and Jamison off of your feet and moving away from the crowd that had formed and towards the exit. Jamison’s arms tightened around you, the two of them applying enough pressure to make you warm, protected. Exhaustion creeped into your bones, the buzz of adrenaline slowing ebbing away and leaving you with an aching chest and wrist and head. Twisting your body, you turned into Jamie’s chest, a hand lifting up and balling Mako’s shirt into your hand, a silent thank you for being there. Of course you would talk with them later, but for now you were simply glad that they had been there for you, that they had saved you.
He tries being so careful with you the first time. Giving you a light kiss, but he gets caught up in the feeling and gets a little sloppy.
After a while of being together and comfortable with each other, he stops worrying about being too sloppy. Go big or go home.
He brings you in for deep rough kisses, trying to slip his tongue in any chance he gets.
Theres always a trail of spit between the two of you after breaking the kiss.
When there’s no time for deep kisses he settles for quick rough playful pecks all over your face.
Roadhog
You knew the kiss was coming because he very rarely takes off his mask so you had time for prepare for Mako’s deep slow first kiss with you. He didn’t know what kind of kisses you like so he played it safe and let you lead, allowing you to control how rough, or deep the kiss was.
Since He’s usually wearing his mask for breathing purposes, you don’t get deep kisses ass much as you’d like, so he’ll usually slide his mask off just enough to give you a quick kiss before sliding it back on.
When you get a chance for a good long kiss though, whew boy.
He paces himself and let’s things go very slowly giving you a chance to explore each others mouth so deeply.
Thing could get heavy but then they become short lived because he gets out of breath and has to put his mask on.
Reinhardt
This man came in hot so you were immediatly overwhelmed when he first came in to kiss you. It was sweet but rough full of enthusiasm. He very easily overpowered you and had you taking a back seat while he explored your mouth intensely
He eventually learns to control his strength, and future kisses become much more manageable.
You tend to take the lead in kisses now. He’ll let you sit on his lap and hold his head so you can control how deep or rough he can go with a kiss.
He can her a bit sloppy if you let him, otherwise he’s Petty tamed
Hoy can usually tell he’sholding back because of how he squeezes your thigh is and hips in frustration. He wants so badly to ravage you.
McCree
His first kiss with you was short. He didn’t want to overstep any boundary he played it as safe as possible and went with a simple “pull your hair behind your ear and cup your cheek to bring you in for the kiss” maneuver. He kept it gentle and saved any sort of tongue action for future kisses speaking of which…
You can bet kisses from now on will be passionate. With every new kiss he tries to push the envelope a bit, just to test the waters and see what you like/what you’re okay with. One day he’ll slip his tongue in, the next he’ll nibble your lip, until eventually every kiss is deep and intimate.
Jesse is a VERY handsy kisse. He’ll let them roam around Your hips so he can pull you close, maybe even give your butt a playful squeeze.
Even his quick smooches are full of passion. He’ll let the kiss linger just long enough to leave you wanting more every time
other than ypur mouth his favorite place to kiss is your nose and forehead.

Constantly pulls you in for hugs where your face is up against his chest as he wraps his hands around your shoulders. You put your hands around his lower back.
Will always be lifting you up onto his back or even up on his shoulders.
If you try to wear his clothes, he thinks it’s funny how long they are on you, but nonetheless will say that you look adorable.
If you’re insecure about your height, he will say that your height doesn’t matter to him. He will tell you how beautiful you look, and that he wouldn’t have you any other way.
Half the time he will get things that are too high up for you to reach, the other half he will grab said thing then walk off with it just to annoy you.
Occasional short jokes.
Cuddles are like heaven. He wraps you up in his arms and pulls you closer to his large figure, making you feel safe and comfy surrounded by him.
Hanzo
Hanzo isn’t the tallest guy himself, so, in a way, he understands your struggles.
He understands being insecure about your height, but he tells you that it doesn’t matter how tall you are, that he loves you all the same.
Be prepared for him to pick you up a lot. He likes to sweep you off your feet and since you are smaller, it’s a lot easier for him.
He will pick you up bridal style, or he will hold you so that your legs wrap around his waist.
You often rest your head on his shoulder or in the crook of his neck and he gently rests his chin on the top of your head. His arms around you the whole time.
When you guys cuddle or sleep next to each other, he likes to hold you in one arm with your legs entangled with each other.
He thinks you’re the perfect height for him, and he wouldn’t have it any other way.
Junkrat
Unfortunately for you (or maybe fortunately idk) Junkrat is VERY tall.
You could literally just kind of grab onto him and he would be able to take you anywhere you wanted.
To make you feel taller, he will stand below you as often as he can, or sit while you are standing.
If you want to kiss him, he either has to pick you up or stand a step below you, but he thinks it’s adorable, in a way.
Getting to ride on his shoulders is an adventure. Being up that high is like seeing the world in a whole new way.
Sometimes you feel weird being so short when he’s so tall, but he lets you know that he doesn’t mind, in fact, he thinks its kinda cute. It makes him feel powerful because he can protect you.
He can pretty much wrap you in his entire body when you cuddle together.
Now Gabriel was never the jealous type. He was completely content with relationships and communication was easy then. But as Reaper, he’s found he’s a lot more possessive. When he was ‘normal’ he knew he was attractive and didn’t have to worry. He’s… different and he can’t help but worry about you finding someone better.
If he sees someone hitting on you, he’s immediately wraith-ing closer to see what’s going on. He doesn’t like seeing someone hit on you.
He’ll try to scare them away. Once there gone, you’re used to convincing him that you weren’t even looking in their direction. He’s all you want.
Maybe someday he’ll believe you but until then, he’ll just hold onto you for as long as you’ll let him.
Soldier 76
Soldier tends to look a lot older than you so a lot of people hit on you when he’s around.
He’s not the jealous type but his arm is usually around you and he tells them in a gruff and kinda uncomfortable way that you’re together. It usually leaves him thinking about your age gap until you kiss it better.
You always remind him afterward how much you love him and he says the same. It doesn’t matter what other people think as long as you care about him. It’s a mantra he has to often repeat to himself but it’s working, slowly but surely.
Junkrat
Someone hold his beer. He’s got some ass to kick.
Usually, you manage to spot him before he makes his way over completely and walk up to him instead.
He can’t swing at someone while you’re holding him so he picks a priority: holding you.
The person gets to live…for now.
Roadhog
He literally doesn’t care. He’s confident in himself and your feelings for him.
He’ll only jump in if you start looking uncomfortable and then he’s heading your way and the person messing with you is in for it.

McCree
Thinks he’s the low key jealous type but this man has never done anything low key before in his life.
He’s kinda possessive. He doesn’t like when people hit on you because you might accidentally meet someone better than him and he’ll be alone again.
He walks over and gives you the deepest kiss he possibly can. While you’re all dazed and starry eyed, he’ll give the person a ‘back off’ look and hope they take the hint. Most do but the ones who don’t he’s not afraid to intimidate further.
He always apologizes afterwards for being the way he is but you know he’s only saying it because you want him to.
He thinks he’s so smooth but he’s actually so fucking obnoxious.
He’ll ask Roadie for tips on how to “seduce” you since he doesn’t know shit about courting someone.
Roadhog will tell him to try and drop hints that he’s interested so Junkrat will literally just leave notes around for you to find. They’ll have little hearts and doodles all over them.
He’ll eventually realize he’s not so good at the whole seducing thing and just be forward with it.
“Oi, I’m not so good at this whole ‘courting’ business, can you just let me know if yer feelin what I’m feelin?”
Roadhog
Doesn’t act much different when he’s trying to seduce.
You can tell he likes you when he let’s you get away with shit he’d never let Jamie or anyone else get away with.
Junkrat: “Hey how come y/n can have piggy back rides and I can’t?” Roadhog: “Because I like them more than you.”
Over all to him, wooing you would just be treating you with kindness, something he doesn’t offer to anyone else.
I don’t think he’d ever straight up ask you out, since just having you around at all is heaven to him. He’d probably confess his feelings to you very matter of factly and whether you decide to push forward with that, is up to you.
McCree
Absolute smooth talker.
He’ll make sure to give you so much attention, always making deep eye contact with you when you talk to him. Makes you feel like you’re the only person in the world when you’re with him
Will be very physical if you welcome it. He’ll have an arm around you, greet you with a kiss on the cheek, touch your knee when he’s talking with you. He wants to make sure he has your attention just as much as you have his.
Once he’s sure he’s got you smitten he’ll pop the question.
“Darling, I know I’m not the only one feeling what you and I have, so if you’d have me I’d love to attach a name to what we’ve got”
He would start off with moving closer, maybe putting an arm around you
Tries to make a joke or two, and you giggle, and it’s so adorable that he’s even more nervous

He will give you what he calls “kisses” in the form of pressing his mask to your cheek
But when it comes to a proper kiss, it happens late at night
In the dark, so you can’t see his face too well when he takes off his mask
He will push a strand of hair behind your ear, and keep his hand on your cheek
He leans in quite uncertain, but once you rest your hand on top of his he is a bit more at ease
His kiss is loving and gentle, but he knows what he’s doing
When he gets excited and loosens up, his kissed become messier the more worked up he gets
It’s not long until you’re silently asking for more
Reaper
Yeah, no hesitation what so ever from him
It will happen in the dark, because it will be the first time he takes his mask off
You’ve been “dropping hints” that are totally obvious, so he got the memo and got tired of them. You’re probably walking to your room when the lights go out
You find yourself pressed against the wall, his body against yours
Before you get a chance to ask what he’s doing, his lips are on yours, rough and desperate
He’s the dominant one in the kiss, and you just melt against him.
There will be a bit of tongue in there when he gets carried away
He just forgot how good it felt to feel someone so close to him
But as soon as you wrap your brain around the situation and eagerly kiss him back, he will pull away
He’s gone in a second, leaving you craving more and determined to tease him more only to get another kiss
Roadhog – “Is there a problem here?” he says as he walks over to you, towering over your harasser. He knows that you´re an adult and capable of taking care of yourself, but seeing your situation, he just couldn’t hold himself back.
– He would prefer not to get physical, so he uses his rough appearance to his advantage. Most people tend to be scared of him, so he attempts to intimidate the harasser into going away.
– If the harasser still hasn’t taken the hint, Roadie will happily stand behind you as a pillar of support, helping you tell the harasser to get lost.
Junkrat – Jamison is surprisingly calm considering the situation. He quickly makes his way over to you and softly puts his arm around you, to show you that you are not alone in this.
– Even though he wants to absolutely destroy the harasser, he knows that physicality will only worsen the situation, so he focuses on helping you deal with the situation through words.
– After everything is said and done, he makes it his mission to cheer you up. He tries everything he can think of, to put your mind at ease, stopping at nothing to prove that the harasser was completely wrong.
Genji – Genji’s reaction strongly depends on the nature of the harassment. Years of being around Zenyatta has thought him how to control his emotions and channel them after all.
– Verbal harassment will surely piss him off, but he will refrain from getting physical. He´ll instead use words to tell the harasser why they are wrong, and why you are absolutely amazing, before warning the moron to stay away.
– Physical harassment is another beast entirely. Anyone who dares to put their hands on Genji’s significant other should prepare themselves to face a very angry dragon. After everything is over, he´ll get you as far away from the harasser as possible, and does everything in his power to make sure that you never have to cross paths with them again.
Hanzo – At first, Hanzo won´t directly intervene, but you can bet he´s keeping an eye on the situation. He´s a firm believer in self-sufficiency but he´ll be by your side in a matter of seconds, should the situation escalate.
– He is very good at hiding his anger, but even he has his limits. He hates to see people be belittled, and it makes him absolutely seethe to see you be subjected to it. If the harassment is physical, all bets are off, and people will have to hold him back, so he doesn’t kill the harasser.
– His main focus is turned towards making sure that you are alright. Hanzo gently takes you by the arm and takes you to a more secluded spot where you can be free of your harasser. He isn’t usually into pda, but in times like these he´ll make an exception for you, so expect a lot of calming physical contact.
McCree – Oh boy, somebody just messed up, cause this cowboy is ready for a fight. The form of the harassment doesn’t matter, and Jesse is going to teach that punk a lesson.
– Despite the anger he feels, he won´t start off by lashing out physically, instead choosing to give the culprit a chance to realize the stupidity of their action, and back off.
– If the harasser still, after multiple hints from Mr. McCree, doesn’t back down, Jesse is fully prepared to get physical (Nobody hurts someone he cares about, and get away with it). He´ll apologize to his partner for it afterward, but a few scrapes are, according to Jesse, worth it if it means that you´re safe.

He’s having a bad night. Nightmares of Deadlock, phantom pains, overall frustration. He can’t help but cry.
He feels far too overwhelmed and curls in on himself in bed. He tries to text you to come over but it comes out as more of a jumbled mess. You’re able to get the gist though and come to his room immediately.
Once you’re there, he opens his arms for you to snuggle up with him. He’ll hold you tight and bury his face in your chest as he weeps. He doesn’t want to look you in the eye when he cries, feeling somewhat ashamed for being reduced to this level.
As he winds down, he’ll press gentle kisses all along your face and lips.
He’ll apologize for being a bother, but you assure him you are all too happy to comfort him.
Junkrat:
You aren’t quite sure why he is crying. He refuses to tell you. But, he certainly is upset about something.
He’s a whimpering little mess and he tries to hide from you when you show up. He doesn’t want you to see him cry. It’s too embarrassing.
But, you coax him out with some sweet words and the promise of good loving, and you certainly deliver.
You take him into your arms and run a hand through his messy hair. You press kisses to his cheeks and gently shush him as you tell him these feelings will pass.
Sometimes he gets a little too hysterical and that requires a quick slap. It’s okay, he won’t get mad. It’s the best thing to do for him.
Roadhog:
He’s experiencing a minor PTSD episode, getting flashbacks of the omnium explosion.
It’s hard to tell if he’s crying due to his mask. You’ve been able to pick up on the increased sniffling sounds and his hunched shoulders and light trembling.
He’ll try to tell you he’s fine and wants to be left alone, but you know he needs the support so you press on.
Just give him some soothing pets on his back or any minor contact at all and he will start to calm down a bit.
Only once he starts to calm down will he remove his mask to wipe his tears. You’ll get a short thank you, but if you tell anyone you saw him crying he will kill you.

It’s fine if your self insert AU isn’t completely figured out yet. It’s okay if it never will. It’s okay if it doesn’t really differ from the Canon. It’s okay if it almost has nothing to do with the Canon. It’s okay if it’s a crossover. Nobody can judge you. As long as you are happy with your self insert, you’re doing everything right.

Fitting a fifth person into the Regalia is easy. Fitting them into the tent…not so much, unless there’s no separation inside.
They probably have the middle splitter wall up but unzipped, and only close it when people are changing.
To try to give their female guest more privacy, she gets to sleep next to a tent wall.
Bathrooms are an easy solution, too–they implement a strict “ladies first” policy when it’s an actual bathroom.
When it’s Day 4 of camping? Well, female party member better get used to going in the woods.
Assorted “girl problems” are handled in assorted ways.
If their female party member menstruates, Noctis and Prompto are probably uncomfortable at first. Gladio is the most used to it (because sister), Ignis isn’t going to let something like that bother him…it’s not like they can help it.
However, realistically the stress of being hunted by the Imperials from pretty much the start might shut a menstrual cycle down.
If her body could handle it, it would make the most sense for a female party member to go on continuous birth control and avoid a cycle at all while they’re on the run.
If she’s inclined to be an emotional peace-keeper, well…female party member’s life has gotten pretty hard and she probably breaks down once or twice.
This, of course, makes the men feel terribly guilty.
And if she’s not inclined/conditioned for emotional labor? Ignis and Prompto’s lives have gotten a bit harder, with having to balance a 5rd temperament.
Female party member probably gets a lot of questions–how effective is Gladio’s flirting? Does Prompto really have a crush? Do they know how to get blood out of this shirt with the limited supplies they have?
And finally, the female party member better get used to their banter. Gladio doesn’t care if there’s a girl there, he’s not missing out on making a size joke while Noct’s fishing.
Unless said female party member is Iris, then that’s a whole other story.
