Hello~! ⿠;v;b Thank you so much~! I love the Amicitias (too much if thatâs even possible) and Iâm always so happy to see others enjoying my drawings of them!!! *cough!* I mean, yea! I canât look at Gladioâs eyes (or anything really :P) for too long, Iâll get lost for eons in them! Â
â ( á ăâ )ďźżÂ
Oh man! These hoes are hard to draw, but here goes nothing!Â
LONG POST AHEAD
Make sure to keep in mind the basic (yet by no means absolute) proportions of the face:Â
Construct the face using whatever shapes you prefer:
I draw more edges for Clarus than for Gladio (BECAUSE GLADIO IS SOFT!!). His head shape is more defined because his hair is really short (I had hair like that once :P) I think âstrong bone structure (jaw, brow bones, cheekbones) but delicate features, cos he aged you know (eyes, wrinkles, facial hair).âÂ
Always use reference for your studies! I stuck super close to the reference for this post. Also since there isnât much of Clarus just get Gil Darnell images for reference. Liek dis:Â Â (Look at that happy Clarus!! I m-mean Gil!! :P)Â
Ok NOW he Clarus~! xP
Also, I think they all have hooded eyes, but Clarusâ corners are a little different (also his eyelid hood is more pronounced because of gravity and age):Â
The basis of portrayal is heavily influenced by the Japanese characterization.
I am salty
â Do you agree with fandom interpretation of your character?
With my disclaimer in mind. I absolutely loathe (is there a stronger word than this?
Because if so I need it) the fact that a large portion of the fandom
reduces Gladiolus into an unintelligent muscle-head. That he can barely form
coherent sentences and is near illiterate, despite the fact that heâs shown
reading on so many occasions in the game. Oh wait, it must be because one of
the boys taught him how to read while on the road trip. I wish I was joking
when I tell you I have seen that used explanation to why he reads. Let this interpretation
of him die, yeah?
LetđIt đDieđÂ
Is it the way he speaks that makes this
interpretation prevalent? Because the last time I checked, when I am among my
close friends I speak less formally, with slang and the occasional
expletive.
The way I speak with close friends and family is not how I would speak during
an interview or when making a formal presentation. Itâs a bit off putting how
Gladio gets penalized for how he speaks when itâs alright for Prompto to speak
casually. But wait! Itâs alright because we know that Prompto went to
school with Noctis. Hang on a secondâÂ
Have we forgotten that he has noble
upbringing? Letâs dive into this shall we? House Amicitia, one of the
wealthiest houses in Lucis, can easily be assumed to be an old household. We
know they have been service of the royal family; leading the Crownsguard as
well as becoming the Shield of the King. Gladiolus is eldest son of the
Amicitia family. As in Clarus Amicitiaâs son. Not the son of a pauper smith or
soldier, but the son of someone in a very high position with a seat in the
royal counsel. Taking those factors into account:Â
Old house in LucisÂ
Son
of a high standing figure.
There is no doubt that the Amicitias were always
under strict scrutiny. I cannot imagine the ridicule and shame that would have
been brought upon the Amicitias, if Gladiolus was uneducated, uncouth, and fell
into the dumb muscle trope. It wouldnât make any sense. Rather, going along
with line of nobility, he more likely attended the most prestigious academies
in Insomnia, with pressure to maintain excellent academic scores, have
knowledge in military strategy and tactics, as well as undergo rigorous Crownsguard
combat training. Gladiolus is not anywhere close to being uneducated, nor does
he lack social graces.
â Any unpopular opinions about your muse?
Gladiolus isnât callous and uncaring towards Noctis. Again, Iâm not sure if this was another thing lost in translation, due to the harsh words and biting tone, but he isnât âtoxicâ nor is he an âunsympathetic jock.â I think he cares too much, but more often than not he chooses not to voice this emotional side. He internalizes a lot.Â
When Insomnia fell he also lost his father and members of his house. Though he doesnât act upon his emotions. He doesnât get frantic and mopey. And while you may argue that everyone has different coping mechanisms, I feel that the main reason for Gladiolus not acting out is because it is his job to keep his head in the game. His bond with Noctis is deeper than that of a bodyguard to his lord. Not only is he the protector of the crown, but it is his duty to shoulder the fate of the realm alongside Noctis. He has unwavering faith in his king, but he also understands that Noctis is human and humans are flawed. He even says to Noctis, âWhen you canât focus, I focus for you.âÂ
What is often overlooked is the closeness and bond that Noctis and Gladiolus share. Make no mistake of it they are friends. Itâs clear by the playful banter and teasing. Itâs clear in how Gladio hooks his arm around Noctisâ neck playfully or rustles his hair. How Gladio pats him on the shoulder or back. How excited Gladiolus is to tell Noctis about the Liege of the Lake fishing tour. How in their photos they display silly and playful poses. This is more than just King and bodyguard. They share an undeniable closeness. Gladiolus is bound to Noctis by both duty and love. Be it familial, platonic or romantic, he does care about and love Noctis. Though perhaps his brand of love, is tough love. Gladiolus takes it upon himself to take on the difficult tasks. To shoulder the burdens where he can. Really, no one wants to tell someone who has just lost their father, home and friend to stop being sad, to stop moping. But time is of the essence. Gladiolus knows in order to continue on their journey, Noctis has to have his head on straight and be able to focus for himself as well. Call it a rude awakening, but heâs showing Noctis that he isnât the only one that has lost something or someone precious. They all have/are making sacrifices. They are all in this together. He is still standing by his side. He has unwavering faith in Noctis and he wants him to also believe in himself.
â What do you wish the author would reveal/had revealed about your muse?
Everything? Tell me more about the Amicitia family and their origins. Tell me more about Gladiolusâ relationship with his father Clarus. Tell me more about his Crownsguard training. Just⌠give me all things Gladiolus.Â
TL;DR:Â
Gladiolus is an amazing character with so much depth. Stop reducing him to a callous neanderthal.Â
@rex-clypeus@dysah: Bless you both for your wonderful works of Gladiolus. I support and agree on your Tweets on Gladiolus as well. You both are Diamonds in the rough!
Absolutely~! ;v;b I adore him more than I could ever be able to say!!!! But you know people can do whatever they want, so will I, and what I want is to cherish my flower boi~!Â
Since getting a tattoo is a tradition for them, I think what Clarus would have been shocked about is the size of Gladioâs tattoo (I was, when I saw the whole thing the first time đ). But, liek, his boy looks awesome and he knows!!!!! đÂ
đ His in-game looks are too perfect. So far all my attempts fall short of Gladioâs actual immaculate splendor. JK đ Iâm really happy you like how I draw Gladio!
You sat in the seat of Cindy and Cidâs tow truck, your eyes
staring ahead almost in a trance. You were past the point of exhaustion, where
you were surprise you were still awake but unable to process a lot of what was
going on around you. You were borderline delusional.
And you werenât the only one. All four of the guy, except
maybe Gladio and Ignis who held themselves together pretty well, were all
drained from being away the past twenty four hours. After hearing of a giant
behemoth a few hoursâ drive south from Lestallum, you all agreed to go check
out the beast and see if you could take care of him. What should have been a
little over half a dayâs trip turned into a string of unfortunate events.
Finding the beast was a challenge within itself, for he was
deep within the thicker parts of the woods. Although Gladio did not want to
admit it, even he had gotten turned around more than once, swearing he had seen
that tree more than one time. And then once the monster was found, it took
quite a while to wear it down and emerge victorious, the battle alone draining
a good bit of energy from everyone.
After that whole ordeal, attempting to find the Regalia and
trek back through the wilderness proved to be more problematic than trying to
find the beast in the woods. The guys couldnât decide which direction to go
while you stood at the back of the group wishing they would stop their
bickering. Finally rolling your eyes and sighing an exasperated sigh, you
marched past them taking the lead with them quieting down and falling in line
behind you.
From there you made it back to the car just before the sun
was beginning to set. It wasnât until a few miles down the road the vehicle began
to make some questionable noises and slowly come to a stop.
âToday just isnât our day,â Noctis groaned, getting out of
the car and inspecting the hood.
âPrompto go ahead and call Miss. Cindy,â Ignis exhaled, âLet
her know we need a tow.â
Of course the gunman was more than happy to give the lady a
call but after his conversation with her, he looked incredibly defeated. âShe canât
get out here tonight,â he spoke, âShe said it will be night when she gets here
and there is no guarantee that she could make it without encountering daemons.â
âSo weâre stuck here,â you asked, looking to Ignis who
seemed to always have the answers.
âGuess we donât have a choice,â Gladio shrugged, âWe donât have
any camping gear and walking would be dangerous.â
âDamn,â Noctis cursed, slamming the hood of the vehicle
down, âSo what weâre just going to sit inside the Regalia all night?â
âYouâre more than welcome to sleep on the ground,â you
teased, receiving a glare from the prince.
âFine,â he muttered, and took his place in the front seat.
Prompto sat in the passenger side as you slid in the back with Ignis and
Gladio. You sat wedged in between the two gentlemen, your hand casually
intertwined with Iggyâs.
For a while everything was fine; Gladio buried himself into a
book he brought, Prom and Noctis sat on their phones playing Kings Knight,
while you and the advisor shared quiet small talk amongst each other. The sun
had gone and darkness surrounded the automobile. You had closed your eyes and
began to doze off when a force shook the Regalia, jolting you and the other
boys back into consciousness.
âGreat, a red giant,â Prompto complained, grabbing for his
gun.
âLetâs just take it down and get back in the car,â Gladio mumbled.
Exiting the vehicle, the group made quick work of the daemon.
It did not take long to banish the creature back into the darkness, but as soon
as he vanished, another reappeared.
âSeriously,â you questioned, âWhat is with our luck today.â
âThe Gods sure are enjoying themselves tonight,â Noctis
added, standing in a battle stance.
This daemon was bigger than the other, but proved to be no
issue for everyone. That was until another popped up, forcing everyone to split
up.
You, Prom , and Noct attacked the larger of the two beasts
and struggled a bit more than you all had with the first one. Ignis and Gladio
were even having difficult times taming their giant but eventually were victorious.
The five of you stood around, waiting for more to pop up, and they eventually
did.
The fighting went on for what felt like hours. You threw
your lance into the monsters, over and over and over again, losing track of how
many you had already battled. Sweat was dripping down your face and your legs
were beginning to wobble.
âI donât know about you guys,â Noctis yelled, âBut I donât know
how much longer I can go on like this.â
âI say we run and look for a nearby haven,â you suggested,
dodging the giants swing.
âI think we passed one back up the road,â Ignis added, using
his daggers to quickly slice his foes.
âAlright,â Gladio commanded, âEveryone follow Ignis, and
make sure nothing gets you from behind.â
In complete understanding, everyone broke away and sprinted
off the opposite direction. The giants were too big to run so it did not take
long to lose them. But no one stopped. If anyone did it gave the darkness time
to conjure up something and they wanted to prevent that from happening again.
You willed yourself to keep moving. You had run a few miles
down the road when Ignis began to slow down, jumping over a highway railing and
heading to a small refuge just across the way.
When you all arrived, you collapsed on the stone, staring up
at the sky. Gladio stood around glancing off in every direction, while Ignis
cleaned his spectacles and Noctis and Prom joined you on the ground.
âCan this get any worse,â Prompto sighed and as if the Gods
themselves were listening, you felt a small drop of water hit your nose. It was
not long until more moisture began to fall from the sky.
âDid you really have to ask,â the prince griped.
The rain was not hard but after a couple minutes your
clothes were severely damp. You wanted to cry you were so miserable. But you
were sure everyone else was just as fed up as you, so you refrained from crying
anymore about it. Complaining wouldnât do you any good.
You all sat back to back in a circle, attempting to stay
warm. Your head kept bobbing forward as sleep was trying to overcome you. You wondered
what time it was. Had it only been a few hours? Was night nearly over? With everyoneâs
phones dead or left in the Regalia, no one knew the exact time and it bothered
you. How much longer did you have to stay like this? Would the rain end? Would
the shivering stop?
âIâd kill for a coffee,â Ignis yawned, bringing his hand up
to cover his agape mouth. Â
âLiterally,â you agreed, wishing you had something to warm you
up.
âMaybe you wonât have to,â Noctis added, pointing over to
the horizon. Just barely there was the light of a new day. It was still severely
dark out, but the light that was overflowing at the skyline made you breathe a
breath of relief.
The rain too eventually faded away as the sun rose high
enough in the sky to bid the darkness a farewell and allow the party to head
back to the car. You were surprised your legs managed to even carry you but you
were more surprised to see Cid and Cindy already hooking the Regalia up to
their tow truck.
âWell morning,â the blonde haired beauty greeted, âDonât take
this the wrong way, but boy do yâall look rough.â
âIt was a long night,â Prompto yawned.
âI can only imagine,â Cid added, âWe didnât want to leave
you lot out here, but we probably wouldnât have made it if we tried, had some daemons
spawned or somethinâ.â
âItâs fine,â you smiled, your eyelids dense, âJust please
tell me there is enough room in that truck to tow us back too.â
âAbsolutely,â Cindy smiled, allowing you all to pile in
before heading off. Â
******
âIâll drive her back once sheâs all fixed up,â Cindy grinned
from the passenger window of the tow truck. Rather than driving everyone to
Hammerhead to wait on the car, Cid and his daughter decided to take you all
back to Lestallum for some rest while they fixed up the broken down royal automobile.
âAlright,â Gladio nodded, âThanks again you guys.â
Waving goodbye, the two mechanics were off, as was your lot,
pacing back to the Leville. Â You all paid
no mind to the front desk persons as you all trudged up the stairs and into your
separate rooms. Noctis and Prompto nearly burst open their door, slamming it
shut behind them; you assumed they would skip showering completely and just
jump unto their mattresses. Gladio did not show his exhaustion, but the grumpy
mumble he gave as a goodbye made you internally grin. Even the strongest men
were not invincible.
That left you and Ignis to your shared room. Once he managed
to open the door you went quickly inside and began to shed your damp clothes.
âGuess you want shower first,â he chuckled, watching as your
flung your shirt and pants and shoes all on the floor, leaving you only in your
undergarments.
âNo,â you said shaking your head and walking to the side of
your bed, âIâm going right to sleep. Iâll shower later.â
Raising a brow the advisor followed in your footsteps,
undressing himself of his soiled clothing and crawling in the bed with you.
Although your eyes were closed, you still wiggled over to him, letting him wrap
his arms around you and pull your close.
âNight Iggy,â you hardly managed to mumble, for sleep was
quickly taking over.
âNight my love,â he replied, soon snoring right after.
Rinoaâs alternate clothes in Dissidia are plaid with a red and black colour scheme, which is the style that Nomura is going for in KHIII. This might be a major hint that she might be in KHIII due to the fact she was referenced in the ending of KHII by sending Squall that letter, as her trademark âangel wingsâ crest appears from It.
I added the full quality version and the alternate version of this on my patreon(http://keipatag.tumblr.com/Patreon). I also added other bonus things like the process photo for this Squall artwork and full quality versions of my other artworks for patrons.
(( my over-due half of an art-trade with @spadesposts – Iâm sorry it took so long – I hope you like it! ))
The reality of her situation didnât truly hit her until she turned to look over her shoulder, noting her uncleâs estate was but a tiny dot in the distance. Turning back, thoughts run through her head about just how much had changed within the past few hours compared to the relative constantness of her life all thanks to a chance encounter with a certain bandit.
She feels a subtle press of arms against her sides and hears McCreeâs voice in her right ear. âHaving second thoughts?â
The question carries a hidden, second inquiry underneath its tone – does she want to stay with her uncle? Sombra wonders if McCreeâs truly the menace that her uncle and other nobles paint him to be. Shaking her head, she looks ahead, certain of her decision. âItâs just different.â Sheâs never been anywhere beyond the convent sheâs lived at for the past twelve years and her uncleâs manor. To think there was more than the road that led from each place. Her head swivels from side to side, enjoying the scenery of the countryside and the stretching acres of farmland.
âSuppose this viewâs a lot more to take in than the view from your chambers, eh?â
Squall: *lost his dad in a crowd* Zefer and the sorceress is a terrible movie.
Laguna: Heeeeyyy, that’s not–
Seifer: *plows through the entire crowd, knocking past Laguna* YOU SAY THAT TO MY FACE YOU LITTLE SHIT.
Ever misinterpret something in a work of fiction and then wish it were canon?
Iâm asking this because I just remembered that a while ago while browsing the FF wiki, I really misunderstood Raineâs backstory as depicted there and ended up under the impression that they were saying that Raine was originally from Esthar.
I eventually realized I was mistaken, but man⌠ever since that misunderstanding, Iâve been wishing that were canon, because it would add so much to the worldâs story.
Not only would that make Raineâs story even more tragic by having her leave Esthar to escape from Adelâs rule and violence, only for it to return to Raine when she least expected it, that would also make Squall half Galbadian, half Estharian, and not only do I love multi-cultural characters (of course, I suppose in the end, his true culture would Balambian, but you know what I mean) and I think there arenât enough out there, considering Squallâs own beliefs that neither side of a conflict is ever inherently right or wrong, how fitting would it be that unbeknownst to him, he were the result of people from both sides of the war falling in love with each-other?
Well, I suppose Raineâs origins were never explicitly stated so thereâs no indication that she isnât Estharian, so it could still work, right? Either way, I would really like to know what you guys and gals think of this.
I havenât played enough of Devil May Cry to comment on Vergilâs character but if Tifa had an older brother I imagine him to look like Laguna from FF8.Â
I canât be the only one who thinks so right?
I mean just change Lagunaâs eye color from green to red.
In FFVIII, your actions in the present time slightly affect the past you see through dreams.
1. Deling City hotel
You can read the first issue of Timber Maniacs in Balamb, either in the inn or the Train Station. This affects the scene where Laguna meets Julia in her room in Deling City hotel. If you pick up the issue from the inn, Laguna will fall asleep due to having too much wine. Also, Selphie will not write an entry to the Sir Lagunaâs page. If you pick up the one from the station or none of them, Kiros makes a remark about Laguna not being able to handle alcohol. In Juliaâs room, Laguna will talk a lot, then stops and feels embarrassed about it. Selphie will write an entry about Lagunaâs alcohol-related article being rejected.
2. Vienne Mountains
If you read the 9th issue of Timber Maniacs, Ward will not appear in the flashback in Vienne Mountains (the one where a movie is being shot).
3. Lunatic Pandora Laboratory
During the torture scene in the prison, you can choose one of the following reactions for Squall (this affects what happens to the Moomba in the lab):
ââŚJust let me dieâ = the Moomba seemingly falls off the ledge but is saved by a safety rope
âIâll lieâŚI mustâŚliveâ = Laguna saves the Moomba before he falls down
This was the result of last nightâs art stream! đ
I love how in ffxv if you donât watch your gas meter when drivingâŚyou
run out (just like irl) and have to push your car the rest of the way
lolz (although, in all honesty, thatâs probably gonna happen to me a lot
when I playâŚIâm gonna be driving like GTA)
Aw nonnie this is a sad/cute one. I hope this is alright!Â
Noctis:
 – Noctis would be able to tell you were feeling a little glum,
and when you had a few precious moments alone, heâd ask you what was wrong. – You would try and brush it off at first, itâs not like you want to burden him
with something like that⌠– But this would just make the prince feel a bit useless, heâd really
want you to confide in him. – Youâd take a big sigh, and finally tell him. You feel lonely. You feel like a
bit of a spare part. Everyone was settling down, even Noctis had his marriage
to Luna. But you were just left on your own, as always. – âHey, donât be so stupid.â – Stupid? This would anger you, you
just confided in him like he asked and he calls you stupid? – Noct would see how irate you were getting, and instantly feel bad. – âWait, thatâs not what I meant!â And it honestly wasnât. When will this
boy learn to deal with his feelings and say the right thing? – âSorry that Iâm bothering you with
my stupidity Noctis.â – âLook, that isnât what I meant by it!â – He panics that heâs really
screwed this up. – âSure! Iâm just whittling away for nothing!â – âWell, yeah because-â – âI should just get used to it.â – âWhat?â – âI mean, who would ever like me?â – âI would!â – There would be silence as you digest what Noctis had just said. – âYouâŚ? But what about Luna?â – Okay, now his heart is racing. – âWe are friends, good friends, but this arranged marriage⌠It isnât for me.
Look, Iâve been trying to tell you⌠I, well, like you.â – His eyes sink to the floor and he plays with his arm band nervously. Now itâs
calmed down he is self-conscious and canât believe he just blurted that out⌠– Youâre stunned. Noctis⌠liked you? – He finally looks at you, unnerved by your silence – Damn, have I really over
stepped the mark this time? – âNoct⌠you like me?â – You can see little splashes of red colour his cheeks as he answers. – âY-yeah I do⌠is that okay?â
 Prompto:
– Prompto would be heading towards the tent one night, after you
had disappeared for a while. He was starting to get worried as to where you
were! – As he gets closer to the tent, he can hear your voice⌠He doesnât
want to intrude if you were on the phone. Though, it didnât seem like you were⌠– He listens for a bit. He knows he
shouldnât, but he just canât help it. There was just something in the tone of
your voice that made him stay, a little twinge of something like⌠sadness? – âIâm not like Cindy, or Aranea, Iâm justâŚnot.â – They are definitely talking to
themselves. He realised. – And then you said it. – âBut really⌠me? Who could ever like someone like me?â – Itâs almost like you could hear
Promptoâs heart crack. – No. No no no no. – He recognises the pain in your voice, he understands the self-doubt, he knows it all too well. – Before he could stop himself or even think about what he was
doing, heâd push open the tent flap and take you in his arms. – There are tears pooling in his own eyes. – âYou should never, never have to
feel that way. Not you. Not someone like you.â – Itâs hard to hear him as his voice is muffled, his face buried in your neck.
His grip is tight, and he canât even think about how forward this might be
because he just hasto make sure you know youâre loved. – âI like you, I like you, I like you.â He canât say it enough. – His words warm your heart. – You both sit like that for a while, just holding each other until the tears
stop. – He pulls away, and gently whispers; âItâs you. It has been for a while now. I really like you.â – You can hardly believe your ears. – Still holding you, he looks you in your eyes still wet with tears, now
smiling a little sheepishly. – âSo⌠what do you say?â
Gladiolus:
– Prompto would be chatting away about Cindy, as usual,
and you would roll your eyes. – âTch, sheâs pretty lucky.â – Gladio would hear your mumbling, and fall behind the other three to walk with
you instead. – âHey, whatâs that?â Heâd ask, friendly as always. – âWell, itâs lucky Cindy has someone to feel that way about her.â – Gladio would raise his eyebrows in surprise and a little in
doubt as well. – âIâm not so sure she sees it that way.â – âI guess, but at least she knows sheâs wanted.â – By now the other three guys are just a blip in the distance,
walking back to the regalia. – âWhat do you mean by that?â – âWell, just that Iâd love to be in her shoes. Itâs not like
anyone will ever feel that way about me.â – Did they really just say
that? – Suddenly his strong arm juts out in front of you, preventing
you from walking any further. – You look at Gladio in shock, to see that his jaw looks clenched and he looks
kind of⌠angry. – âGladioâŚ?â – âIs that what you truly think?â – You nod, unable to do more and he finally looks at you. – âThen, you donât realise how crazy I am about you.â – Your heart skips a beat at his words. – âH-huh?â – He retracts his arm now, standing up to face you. – âWhy else do you think I always let you fall asleep on me in the car? Because
I love the way you feel in my arms. Or when I always ask you for help setting
up camp, itâs because I really enjoy your company.â – He would stand in front of you now, the familiar smile you
know and love back. – âHonestly, these past few weeks youâve been driving me crazy, and then you
say no one would feel like that about you?â – He shook his head, his shaggy hair falling into his eyes. – âWell, Iâm telling you now, I do. You donât have to like it, Iâll understand if you donât and Iâll
speak no more of it. I promise.â – He tilts his head, fully smiling now at your astounded
expression. – âWell⌠are you alright with that?â
 Ignis:
– Ignis had noticed youâve been seeming down lately, choosing to
sit in the tent early or sitting in the back of the car in your own world. – It really starts to concern him, he canât fathom why youâre feeling this way. – One night he brings you your food to the tent, seeing if youâre okay. – You thank him a little despondently, so he sits down next to
you and asks if you want to share what has been bothering you. – Looking into those kind green eyes itâs hard not to start talking about whatâs wrong. You knew Iggy was a great
listener. – So you opened up a little to him. – âIâve been watching the others get closer to people lately, Prompto with
Cindy, Noctis with Luna for exampleâŚâ – âWhat about it is bothering you?â – âI donât know. I guess it just sucks being on your own.â – âCome now, youâll meet someone who is just right for yourself.â – He knows itâs true, even if itâs not with him. Though that
thought hurts him more than heâd care to admit. – You throw Iggy an incredulous look. – âWhat? Itâs true. Youâll find someone you really like.â – Oh if only he knew. – âThatâs not the problem. The
problem is them liking me. I mean, who the hell would fall for
someone like me?â – Suddenly Iggyâs eyes tighten, and he re-adjusts his glasses. – He seems⌠annoyed? – âPlease, do not put yourself down like that. Youâre a
wonderful person.â – Huuuuge eyeroll from you. – âUh huh, sure.â – Here comes the generic âyouâll
get there eventuallyâ chat. – âI mean it.â – âReally?â – Heâs persistent. – âYes, youâre funny, gorgeous, intelligent⌠anyone would be
lucky to call you their partner.â – Well⌠that you werenât expecting. – The fidgeting with his glasses is progressively getting worse,
which is unlike Iggy. – âWhy are you saying all of thisâŚ?â – âBecause IâŚâ He has to take a deep breath here! – âI see you that way. And would
definitely feel lucky to call you mine.â – Your heart stops, you canât believe what you just heard. And
heâs looking up at you through those lovely long lashes, and you know heâs
being serious. – Oh my. – âIggyâŚ?â – âIâm sorry if this seems sudden, but please⌠I have to know
how you feel about me.â His green eyes are gazing at yours. – Oh my.
