Playing with his hair helps him fall asleep faster.
A really light sleeper. Don’t bother trying to get out of bed at night. He’ll wake up and drag you back into his arms.

Cuddle this boy. He’s lonely and affectionate.
Likes to sleep with sounds. You’ll fall asleep one night to a babbling brook and another night to whale songs.
He’s got octopus arms. Once you’re in them, he latches on and you’re in for the night.
Talks in his sleep. Sometimes it cute things like “No, that’s my ice cream,” other times it’s creepy things like “Give me the skin.” Doesn’t remember any of it in the morning but you do. Some of them haunt you.

He doesn’t like to sleep without you. Having you in his arms makes him sleep more peacefully.
His chest hair is scratchy.
He’s a furnace. You never need a blanket when you’re cuddled up to him. Summer are brutal but they’re worth it.

i literally cannot comprehend the people who act like shipping is some kind of crusade or moral obligation. like if you ask them why they ship something they say “oh it’s groundbreaking representation” or some shit instead of talking about how they like the way the characters interact. obviously representation is important but nobody is going to give you a medal for only shipping wholesome healthy all-natural 100% organic gmo-free pure pairings, you’re allowed to just…have fun. sometimes you just want two characters to kiss. you’re not a bad person for not writing a thousand-page thesis mathematically proving that your otp will end oppression across the globe
Another trope I forgot to mention that I love are traumatized characters experiencing love for the first time and not knowing how to cope with it. I just eat that shit up

I love this. Its in all the toilets at the local birth centre and basically if your in a domestic violence relationship and cant speak out about it you take one of the stickers and place it on the urine pot and the midwife will speak to you after about it and get you the help needed to flee the violence. So upsetting how many stickers have already gone tho 😦
If it makes you feel better, those might not have been taken by actual folks who needed it – we were taught at the clinic I worked at to never leave a full sheet of anything, because the sorts of folks who need these stickers might also be the kind of folks who, psychologically, have a hard time taking a first step or ‘breaking’ something brand new – like being the first person to take a sticker off a sheet or tear a phone number off a flyer. They called it ‘easing the path’ and all us admin staff were careful to never fill up brochure things all the way, to take the first tag off a flyer we hung up, leave the toys for the kids in uneven piles and leave a couple of books leaning or sideways or lying flat on the shelf.

Been hella busy, so haven’t had a chance to celebrate the news until now. FFVII is important to me in ways I can’t describe, and has played some part in all the major decisions I’ve made in my adult life. Like most oldschool fans, I’m slightly apprehensive about the remake (esp considering what Dirge did to my favourite character)… but my excitement far outweighs any other feelings.
Can’t wait to go back home to Midgar and see all these excellent folks again!
the visual and practical in-game equivalent of smart phones was recently introduced in FFXIV and the community is going bonkers cuz some players think the phones (called tomestones) break immersion? cuz ur character literally pulls out a little smart phone thing and scrolls on it, it’s super cute imo
lemme just say… as a WoW player I would kill for a smart phone item or mechanic in-game please I NEED it, I need my priest to pull out his phone and be distracted and accidentally walk into things
