It’s scary – Bell, Cineplex, Shaw, and Rogers are trying to censor the internet and force the end of net neutrality in Canada. And worse, they’re trying to do it behind closed doors.
These 4 companies, led by Bell, are pushing to create an internet “blacklist” of certain websites that all internet service providers in Canada would legally have to block. They know this outrageous proposal would never pass, so first, they tried to sneak it into NAFTA negotiations – and now Bell is expected to introduce its proposal to Canada’s telecom regulator TOMORROW.
Critics are calling this move “unprecedented” and dangerous. If these companies get their way, this internet blacklist would have absolutely zero oversight in the courts. We need to stop this urgently.
I love the headcanon that roadhog calls junkrat different names depending solely on how angry he is. I dunno why, but it’s the most amusing thing in the world to me and I’m glad most people in the roadrat fandom agree
Here’s my take on it:
Rat = What Roadie usually calls him, normal, natural, calm, not pissed
Junkrat = Starting to get annoyed/ exasperated, or just regarding him in front of others
Jamie = Said in That Tone, like the “Now I’m really starting to get pissed off” tone. Usually accompanied by That Look.
Jamison = Alright now Roadie’s really pissed and Rat better stop what he’s doing RIGHT NOW!!
JAMISON FAWKES = Well, junkrat is now dead. Rest in pieces.

REAPER:
*It’s a scary moment. This is why he didn’t want you near Talon, this is why he didn’t- you sit on the bed in a slightly drug induced haze with your arm bandaged from a bullet, Reaper pacing back and forth filled with panic and rage and frustration. Why was he doing this still? What good was Talon? What good… he looks at you. Even when you’re out of it, you’re looking at him with a loopy smile like he’s your god. His nonexistent heart breaks. He’d do anything for you, even leave Talon.
DOOMFIST:
*He walks into your shared room, and stops. You’re standing on the balcony, practically sheathed in moonlight. He can’t breathe. You look exactly like a king, his king. You turn to him and smile, and hold out your arms. He sweeps you into his, mumbling his praises to you, his god, his salvation.
ROADHOG:
*“Mako, would you look at the stars?” He looks at you instead, your innocent, happy gaze at the sky. His heart pounds in his chest, the buzzing of the bugs around his ears only amplifying his nerves. It never shows though, definitely not behind his mask. You’re the only thing that makes him nervous. He takes your hand, and when you turn in shock with a blush, his mask is up toward the sky.
HANZO:
*You’re giggling like mad, his dragons twisting around your legs and giving you tickly little dragon kisses. “C-call em off, call em off!”
He chuckles as he watches their mischief, and how well you take it, so at peace, so gentle. The dragons reflect his inner feelings- and he loves you as much as they do. He just can’t say it.
MCCREE:
*Sunlight breaks through the curtains. He’s awake before you, a rare occasion, and he lays his sleepy eyes on you. Your sleeping face, whether serene or goofy, makes him smile. You’re so sweet. So good, so pure. Even if you really aren’t, he’ll never stop holding you to a god standard. He presses his lips to your forehead and watches you yawn, chuckling softly under his breath.
GENJI:
*You try. You really try. Sometimes you can do it. Sometimes you don’t have the patience. He’s watching you meditate out of the corner of his eye, thank god for the visor. Your face looks peaceful enough, but he can tell by the subtle twitches of your fingers that you’re having a hard time. It’s so cute. He laughs softly and you blush before collapsing into giggles. *“Hey, what about this?” You hand him your journal, filled with random song ideas, lyrics. He takes it from you and scans over the lines. A smile slowly grows on his face. He nods, normally at first, then vigorously as he launches a hug at you. You squeak in surprise and laugh as he peppers your face with kisses. Where would he be without his muse?
JUNKRAT:
*Your headphones are on and you’re listening to something that makes you happy. He can tell by the grin on your face and the nods. He gets it: not a lot of people like his clanging and banging and explosions. And his latest project just blew up in his face, the tips of his hair charred. His grin matches yours as he yells: “I LOVE YOU!”
You take out a headphone. “WHAT?”
ZENYATTA:
*“It’s so lovely Zenyatta. Thank you for trusting me.” Your voice is soft as if it’ll shatter the entirety of the temple. Everything is delicate and pristine- glorious. He watches you carefully, something in his chest whirring as you gaze in awe through the glass windows at the sunset. He takes your hand, smoothing his thumb on the back of it as you watch the sun set together.
“Of course, my love.”
He’d definitely be in denial that you’re as badly injured as you are.
“Fuck! Cmon get up, get up!”
He would tug at you and shake you, begging for some sort of response, anything to give him some sliver of hope that you’ll make it through this.
It would probably take Roadhog to snap him out of it, and either make the call to leave you or take you with them, depending on the circumstances of the battle.
Junkrat would be in hysterics if he had to leave you behind.
Roadhog would have to physically drag him away from you.
Roadhog
He’s already lost so much, he doesn’t want to lose you either.
He’d carry you out of the battle field, his mask on your face as you breath in his hogdrogen
He’d hold you close, petting the back of your head an cooing you, telling you that you’re gonna make it through this.
He’ll listen for your pulse and heart beat, all while cradling you to his chest.
Junkrat would fend anyone off, giving Mako the space he needs to be by your side.
When hog realizes, that you might not make it through, his demeanor changes, the only thing on his mind now is revenge.
Reaper
He beelines it for you, taking down anyone in the way.
He’ll take you to safer ground, announcing his absence to the rest of his team so they know to cover him.
He’s definitely prepared as has basic first aid stuff. He wraps up any wounds you might have. It’ll have to do in the meantime.
He’s angry at himself for not doing enough.
He has to turn off his communicator because all of the voices become too much and he just wants to concentrate on you.
He talks you through the whole experience calmly, even though you don’t answer back.
Widowmaker
There’s that tiny glint of humanity coming through as she sees your body fall to the floor.
She uses her grappling hook to get to you and then get you to higher, safer ground.
She is silent, holding your hand, squeezing it tight, in hopes to elicit some sort of response.
She doesn’t leave your side, but fends off anyone who comes near the two of you.
She wraps herself around your body. Her face still emotionless.
She’s only able to express her grief physically, which is why she squeezes your hand and clings to your body until help arrives.
Sombra
Would immediately translocate the both of you as far away as possible regardless of the circumstances.
Reaper would probably be screaming at her through her communicator to get back to the battle field, but she’d ignore him and tend to you.
She’d give your face light taps, trying to wake you.
“Look at me, I’m not gonna lose you”
She’d keep your body sitting up and steady, trying even to get you on your feet sometimes (but failing)
Once this is all over, she’ll hunt down whoever wounded you, and make them pay.
Doomfist
He is positive that is isn’t your time yet
He makes quick work of whoever wounded you, fueled by revenge and conflict.
He carries you away from the battle field to the nearest medic.
He wants you to make it through this because he knows you’ll come back from it so much stronger.
he encourages you to push through, even though you might not be able to even hear him.

He likes holding you as often as possible, and that applies to when you’re sleeping too.
Zen likes puling you close and holding you against his chest

Jaehee is an affectionate person trapped in the lifestyle of a distant, professional woman.
Even in her past relationships, she was never an overly affectionate partner. She’s always had her reservations.
But with you, she’s learning to open up
And while she may never be the biggest fan of PDA (there’s a time and a place for everything, she says) she’s getting a lot more touchy with you.
Cuddling has become her new favourite form of stress relief.
There’s no better way to relax than coming home and lounging on the couch with her partner
Probably watching Zen’s musicals, if you’re cool with that
She likes when you lean against her shoulder because you’re in the perfect position for her to turn and kiss your forehead.
If either of you have something to do, you’ll usually try to find a way to do it while leaning against or lying across the other.
As long as you’re close enough that she can massage your head or play with your hair, she’s happy.
She wishes she could do this while she’s working but typing reports with one hand is not efficient at all.
Jumin:
Jumin hasn’t really had much physical contact in his life
But he’s not really touch starved either?
He just doesn’t usually like anyone touching him (unless they have blue eyes and are covered head to paws in gorgeous white fur).
At least, he didn’t think he liked physical contact until he met you.
For the most part, he prefers people to keep their distance and not touch him
And if he ever needed physical comfort, he had Elizabeth. She cuddles with him all the time.
But it’s not the same.
That couldn’t be clearer to him now that he’s gotten used to you sleeping next to him.
(Which doesn’t start until after the two of you are married, of course.)
He likes being able to reach over and wrap his arms around you
It’s a nice reminder to him that you’re real, you’re there, and you’re his.
Seven:
This boy has not exactly done much cuddling in his life.
It’s not like Vanderwood ever wanted to cuddle with him
(He has suggested it, but only jokingly. He and Vanderwood don’t really have a physical relationship. Neither of them are exactly comfortable with contact and they both knew it.)
Saeyoung misses physical contact though.
He grew up with a twin. They were literally inseparable, and almost always either touching or within touching distance whenever possible.
And then suddenly he was alone.
Yoosung has been his main, if not only, form of physical affection since then. Just things like hugging, playfully shoving each other, jokingly holding Yoosung’s hand or leaning against his shoulder
Yes, jokingly, of course, he’s never had a tiny crush on Yoosung hahaha nope not at all what are you talking about
But now he has you, too.
It doesn’t take long before he’s comfortably all over you every second of the day and night.
Saeyoung honestly has so many different “modes” when it comes to cuddling you.
There’s the casual “just doing our own thing but while close enough to touch each other because everything is better when you’re near you’re partner.”
Or the “cuddle me while I’m working” cuddle, where you curl up in his lap while he’s sitting at his computer and you both eventually end up falling asleep on his computer chair.
And then the “I have so much energy (or caffeine) in my system right now” cuddle where he’s basically 707 again. You usually end up in weird positions (one time you fell asleep with his legs draped across you and the top half of his body hanging off the edge of the bed) or you end up with your limbs all tangled together in a cuddly mess.
There’s the “I’m having a very stressful day and just want to focus on nothing but holding you”
Then there’s the even more serious version, the “I’m having nightmares again” cuddle where he wordlessly buries himself in your side and cherishes the rare feeling of safety he gets from being in your arms
And then, of course, the “I am so in love with you and you being here is incredible and unbelievable to me” cuddle. He lies down facing you and just… slowly takes it all in.
Saeran:
Saeran will never be the first one to ask you for cuddles.
It’s not that he doesn’t want them.
He does.
A lot.
Almost always.
He’s just afraid you’ll reject him and if you do it would break his heart.
If you offer him cuddles though, he’ll be overjoyed.
Well, half overjoyed and half freaking the fuck out.
He wants to be close to you so badly and he wants love so badly but he doesn’t really like being touched most of the time and he wants it but he doesn’t know and???
And how does one cuddle anyways like where is he supposed to put his hands, is he going to hurt you if he leans on you too much, what if he’s making you uncomfortable???????
The first time would have to happen as a result of strong emotions.
When he’s tired and afraid and lonely and he’s too stressed and exhausted to overthink things and he just wants you
And he’ll just sink into your arms and wrap his own around you in return, getting as close to you as physically possible.
It’s still a little awkward. Sometimes you end up in uncomfortable positions. Sometimes he holds you too tightly. He’s still learning.
He still has a hard time asking for any type of affection
But he’ll linger around you awkwardly in the hopes that you’ll offer him some.
Or if you’re the one upset, he’ll reach out to you tentatively to offer comfort
And from there on it’s pretty natural to end up holding each other.
He really likes being in your arms
Being surrounded by your warmth and love after going a lifetime without it…
There are no words to describe.
He doesn’t really like “spooning” though, because he likes it best when you both hold each other
And he also likes being able to look over at your face to double check that you really are happy and comfortable and that you’re not secretly annoyed with him.
He feels comforted both by the fact that you’re there keeping him safe
and that he can hold on to you and comfort you too.
He also likes it when you pet his hair.
It’s the only way he can get to sleep on bad nights. In your arms with your fingers running through his hair and your sweet voice in his ear.

But since his relationship with you is more equal than his previous one, you end up as the one holding him sometimes too, if he needs to be held.

It also makes it easier for you to talk.
In his opinion, some of the best conversations happen while lying down with someone before going to sleep
Because when you’re getting ready to sleep, you’re more open to vulnerability.
In his case this means he either waxes poetic about you until he falls asleep or he just asks you general questions that get gradually weirder the more tired he gets.

“If I die, can you and Jumin share custody of my cactuses?”)
He also likes holding hands with you whenever you’re lying down together.
It keeps you connected.
If his fingers aren’t entwined with yours, they’re brushing across your hair and your face.
He wants to make sure he knows and remembers every single detail of you.
Vanderwood:
They are…
Awkward. To say the least.
They have never cuddled anyone before in their life.
(The word sounds very… cute. They’re not sure they can have something like that?)
To be honest, they haven’t had much physical contact in any form.
Unlike Seven, they didn’t have a twin when they were growing up. And they didn’t have a group of friends like the RFA.
They’ve pretty much always been alone.
But now they have you…
(And the rest of the RFA too. Yoosung and Zen casually touch them a lot, it’s just who they are. And even Saeyoung has gotten much more touchy-feely with everyone since he got his twin back.)
They’re getting used to it.
It was never that they disliked physical contact, per se.
It was just… not available to them and therefore something that they’ve never really had.
Now that they have it, they’re adjusting.
You crawl over to them while they’re lying down on the couch and wrap your arms around their side and they’re just like

(They do still have some issues with direct skin contact. They’re not sure if it’s an OCD/germaphobia thing or if it’s a vulnerability thing. It just makes them uncomfortable sometimes, you know?

They do like being close to you though. Really. They know they seem pretty casual about it, but being close to you is not something they take for granted.
They like watching you sleep.
In like a completely consensual non-creepy way that sounded better in their head
They just like seeing you looking all soft and at peace and comfortable, okay?
It’s a nice reminder that this is their life now. That they’re with you, and that you two are happy and safe.
Since it’s finals season here’s to the people that:
– try and get D’s and F’s still
– failed a class or classes this semester
– didn’t get into the college they wanted
– struggle with learning disabilities
– couldn’t get scholarships due to a low gpa
– have mental illnesses that zap their motivation to do anything else besides make it through the day
– have to take summer school
– weren’t able to graduate
You are not an idiot. You do have worth. And you CAN still go places in life. Your report card does not define your worth as a person.
