One thing I loved about the new season of bojack was that hollyhock was a chubby teenage girl, and it wasn’t a joke. There weren’t “hilarious” gags of her falling over, or being stupid, sure she was lazy sometimes, but just in the way kids often are. And when she lost weight, nobody was happy. It was unhealthy for her to lose that weight, and they acknowledged that. It was just a different representation of chubby characters that you don’t see much, and also I love her.
