– Pharah; it’s when Jesse was injured and ended up in critical condition. She would visit him every day and eventually confessed.
Who would have the other’s picture as their phone background
– I could see them both having a picture of them together as the background for any personal phones they have. Maybe a picture they took on a date or during a get together.
Who leaves notes written in fog on the bathroom mirror
– McCree; it’s usually hearts or something equally cheesy but Pharah smiles all the same.
Who buys the other cheesy gifts
– McCree; he once buys Pharah a plush eagle because it reminded him of her. “They didn’t have any stuffed falcons.”
Who initiated the first kiss
– McCree; Pharah was the one who confessed her feelings for him and Jesse confirmed them with a kiss once he was feeling better and out of CC,
Who kisses the other awake in the morning
– Pharah; she tends to wake up early for work-outs/work so she’ll kiss Jesse’s cheek before she gets up, even if she won’t be able to see him until later.
Who starts tickle fights
– McCree starts them…but it’s definitely Pharah who finishes them. 
Who asks who if they can join the other in the shower
– McCree; Pharah tends to take quick showers so he has to ask.
Who surprises the other in the middle of the day at work with lunch
– Since they can’t really do this sort of thing, McCree will tend to bring Pharah coffee when they’re at home and she’s busy with work. 
Who was nervous and shy on the first date
– Neither of them are shy or nervous – they’re both kind of just happy to be going on a date with the other.
Who kills/takes out the spiders
– McCree prefers to kill spiders and get it over with while Pharah will usually put them in a cup and throw them outside.
Who loudly proclaims their love when they’re drunk
– McCree may be the alcohol loving gunslinger but Pharah can’t really hold her liquor. She tends to get overly clingy and affectionate when she gets drunk.
