DVa; she’s more bold about these things and goes after what she wants, even if she’s a bit more hesistant with other things, such as asking for help. Mei is shocked and almost doesn’t believe her but after talking to Hana, Mei understands that her feelings are real and Mei responds in kind.
Who would have the other’s picture as their phone background
Mei would have a picture of DVa playing with Snowball on her phone while DVa has a picture of her and Mei on a date at an arcade.
Who leaves notes written in fog on the bathroom mirror
DVa leaves bunny doodles and hearts while Mei draws kitties and hearts
Who buys the other cheesy gifts
They’re both guilty of this. DVa mostly gets Mei things she won from arcades or things she’s seen while shopping, once bringing Mei a giant stuffed panda plush. Mei tends to make things for DVa like small crafts she made in her free time, mostly things related to the games that Hana likes. Hana cherishes each gift and shows them off in her streams when she can.
Who initiated the first kiss
Once again, DVa is the more bold of the two. Though she completely asks Mei if it’s okay to kiss her because she really wants to. The last thing she wants to do is scare Mei off, knowing how bashful the scientist can be.
Who kisses the other awake in the morning
Both Mei and Hana have trouble sleeping so they don’t kiss one another awake, but if one happens to wake up before the other or still be awake while the other sleeps, they’ll leave a kiss on the other’s cheek before getting out of bed.
Who starts tickle fights
Hana is the one who starts them and always wins, even if she gives Mei a sporting chance. She can’t help it – Mei-Ling is so adorable and has the cutest laugh.
Who asks who if they can join the other in the shower
Mei and Hana enjoys baths together and are surprisingly shy about asking for permission, even if the answer is almost always yes. Bath time is relaxing and a good time to cuddle.
Who surprises the other in the middle of the day at work with lunch
Mei definitely doesn’t like that Hana can somehow survive on instant noodles, chips, and soda. She’ll make food and make sure that Hana eats something healthy. That and seeing Hana dig into her food always makes Mei feel good.
Who was nervous and shy on the first date
Mei was nervous about being on a date with DVa – the famous mech pilot and streamer. She often felt like she was out of place at Hana’s side but Hana, confident and with a major crush on the climatologist quickly put those fears to rest when she insisted they enjoy their time together.
Who kills/takes out the spiders
DVa and Hana are both freaked out by spiders. Mei-Ling will try to take the spiders outside but it gets difficult when Hana is clinging to her back, pointing and screaming at the eight-legged creature.
Who loudly proclaims their love when they’re drunk
DVa – one time while she was with her squad at an after mission party, she got smashed and began to yell about how much she loved Mei-Ling. Of course, rumors began to spread and ‘WHO IS DVA’s LOVE?!’ began to spread across the news and tabloids. Mei-Ling couldn’t stop blushing for weeks.
