You know that voiceline where Jesse tells Ashe sometimes being back on the farm doesn’t sound so bad, maybe dreaming of a simpler life but he didn’t think he’d find somebody to share that life with him… so when he shows Sombra the ranch he bought for them and their future family and she says she loves it, it means the world to him that she does. For the first time in both their lives, they’re home.

That is a sweet idea…I love the thought of McCree saving up his money because he eventually wants to go back to his simple life, the life that he most likely believed he never truly wanted in the first place. Only this time, he has someone else to share it with. He wasn’t exactly scared at the prospect of being alone but finding someone who’s genuinely happy with the idea of a simple life brings him over the moon. He may not be much of a rancher anymore, but that doesn’t mean he’s not going to enjoy his earned peace and quiet with Sombra.
