Not going to lie, I was a smidge disappointed Ranzal wasn’t voice by Patrick Seitz. Ranzal is such a Patrick type character, especially since Ranzal looks so much like Olberic from Octopath Traveler, who Patrick did voice.

• Ranzal is, regardless of his in game element, your rock. No matter what happens, he’s reliable and dependable, and whatever you’re going through, Ranzal keeps steady. He’s a professional at it.
• He likes to pick you up! He loves carrying you around, regardless of the reason, and (especially if you’re shorter than him) he likes to use it as an excuse to kiss you so he doesn’t have to bend down.
• You met him during his days as a mercenary, and upon meeting again he offers that you stay with him in the halidom. 
• He missed you a lot! You guys were really close as mercenaries and now you’re back!!!
• Ranzal also loves to tease you in the nicest way possible.
• There isn’t a kitchen you two won’t over work with how much you eat, though…
