I apologize for the timing of this letter, as I am sure by the time it reaches you, the day of your Birth will have come and gone. But do know that I plan to make it up to you by the time I arrive back at Skyhold. 

I am positive however, that Varric has not let your birthday slip by without someone causing a ruckus…but I do hope he remembers to keep both Blackwall and Sera out of the wine. No sense in them having to be poured back into their rooms….or having them cheat you out of your clothing during a game of Wicked Grace….(I know someone was cheating that night. I know I am not that bad at cards..)
