Well, beyond kisses on the lips, she has two favorite spots to place smooches. 
The first, when she wants to be a brat or if they’re alone is to just kiss the side of his throat. It makes him shudder which Sombra wholly enjoys and he’s very warm there.  The other place would be to place a peck to tip of his nose, which she starts doing later in their relationship in place of her customary ‘boops’ ❤
