So back when the OVW team said they might kill a character My immediate thought was Reinhardt. Now with Sombra’s interaction with Brigitte I have a theory. What if Reinhardt wasn’t pushed out for being old but because he found out he was sick/dying? That’s why he so confidently says “I will fight till my last breath”, because he knows its coming and has accepted it. It would also explain why he never had a family of his own. By the time he knew he didn’t want to have kids just to die on them.

It does make me wonder if we’ll ever find out why Reinhardt was forced out of Overwatch…and with this mention of someone dying, and this sudden interaction concerning him…I don’t like where this is going!
