Can i get comfort from ignis prompto and noct? My therapist wants me to give up on my dream and be ok with mundane life. I find it so unfair, cause everyone else gets to take what they need to change, but I’m still supposed to just give it up? I know I can’t become 100% of what I want, but I want to at least get close. It’s making me question whether living is worth it…i don’t want to be like this anymore…but I have to “work” to live a useless life…. the pressures immense….

It pains me to hear that you are being told to give up on a goal…but you should know, and understand that life is worth it; every moment of it. 

How are you to prove people wrong that you can get closer to your goal if you are not here to do such? And I do believe that getting people to swallow a bitter pill of they were wrong about you is much more fun than just giving up, is it not?

Please do not give up…if I may be so greedy as to ask you to not do so, for my sake–our sakes.

I understand what it’s like though to live with so much pressure on your shoulders. To live up to what people want you to be…expect you to be.

Sometimes you do have to make sacrifices, small ones, to get further ahead in the future. Maybe that’s more what they meant…?
