Neat
little detail I noticed: The petals from Vivi’s flower that Lewis used
to repair his heart locket start to wilt and whither away the moment he
catches up to the van.

This could just be because the magic stopped working after it fulfilled it’s
purpose (tracking Vivi) but I think it also kinda symbolizes how Lewis
has seemingly completely given up on re-uniting with her, since this
takes place right before he disintegrates one of the tires on the
Mystery Van.
