Stargazers

This was a request for: “Headcanons for Noctis and/or Ravus stargazing with their S/O” and I did both. 

Noctis:

• Though he’s used to the quiet, he feels the need to occasionally talk with you just to hear your voice.
• Carefully intertwines fingers, palms are perpetually sweaty.
• Blushes hidden in the darkness, like it’s always his first time being this close to you.
• Wants you to run your fingers through his hair as he looks up into the night sky (even says this aloud when you don’t catch his unsubtle hints).
• Tries to keep his tone conversational when he talks, feels like he’s talking way too much for stargazing.
• Brings a blanket.
• He definitely falls asleep.

Ravus:

• Fingers gently grazing on the backs of hands.
• Absolute silence… but the good kind of silence; silences that are filled with mutual understanding.
• He points out the constellations before going quiet again, dropping his hand back down closer and closer each time.
• Not opposed to you talking.
• Actually prefers to gaze up at the night sky, listening to you speak, eyelids fluttering at the easy cadence of your voice.
• Hushed words, soft voices.
• He wants to stay close like this forever.
