I know you are going through a troubling time right now, but I want you to remember what we practiced. Can you do that for me right now? 

Take a slow breath in, slow breath out. Slow breath in, and out. 

I am so proud of you Darling.

I am sure that you have no idea just how strong you are in my eyes. How much I adore you, and know that even though you sometimes struggle, you prove to me time and time again that you will let nothing stop you, and that you will be alright in the end.

I shall return home soon. I promise.
