I just found out that I have a bad RBF lmao. This was written in like 20 mins forgive me

Noctis

• Tbh, Noct didn’t care when he first saw you and your RBF
• It didn’t really click, I don’t think he actually notices that shit lmao
• When he first becomes friends with you and sees you laughing and smiling with him is when he first starts to notice your bad case of RBF
• He caught sight of you doin’ some errands one day and it just hit him; you look angry af like 90 percent of the time
• Lowkey, he thought it was fucking hilarious (and still does)
• It became a subject of poking fun at in both your friendship and your romantic relationship
• Sometimes, you two would just be sitting together on a bench and leaning on each other, both of your gazes grumpy, lazy, and glazed over
• Your RBF was usually at an all time high in those moments
• The paparazzi always got a pic of it, and it would always be in the paper lmao
• Just a bigass photo of you and Noct looking grumpy af, with a headline that was something along the lines of, “THE GRUMPY PRINCE: IS HIS LOVER CORRUPTING HIM?”
• You both thought it was fucking hilarious and would reference it or mock it 90% of the time. You’d make exaggerated angry faces at each other and repeat the title in high pitched voices, getting progressively uglier until you both couldn’t stop laughing enough to continue
• Luckily, Regis thought it was amusing enough (he lowkey loved your RBF, believed it to be fantastic paparazzi prevention)

Prompto

• It scared him
• He didn’t know who you were, he didn’t know anything about you, all he knew was that you looked terrifying (and it lowkey turned him on)
• First time he talked to you, our boi was nervous af. He stuttered, he blushed, he sweated…
• The whole time you were honestly just ???
• You weren’t really a dick to him so he was relieved and started to talk to you a little more
• When you first smiled at him or greeted him with a pleasant face, he was like !!!!!!!!
• And he fell in love, just like that (there was a little bit more to the story, but who cares? He ended up in love)
• He always had that initial sweating fear for a solid month before your RBF didn’t phase him
• Lowkey, even if you had turned out to be a scary person, he wouldn’t have minded too much lmao, just look at him with Arenea
• Seriously tho he actually thought your RBF was hot (after that initial fear, like i mentioned)
• Sometimes he was lowkey super relieved that you had an RBF because it help keep weirdos away from you two
• He would totally turn on his intimidation factors (yes, he has those) if he had to, but he’d rather not
• The Gladio said, “Someone’s gotta be the intimidating one in your relationship.”

Gladio

• Gladio didn’t think your RBF was scary or intimidating (honestly, nothing really scared him), but he did register that others avoided you a little bit
• He lowkey just thought you were super serious, and he respected that
• In fact, that initial thought is what got him talking to you in the first place
• He was like, “Someone who takes their work seriously? Respect.”
• And you were like, “??? Look, dude, idk what my life even is lmao”
• And he was lowkey surprised and talked to you for a few minutes
• And then y’all were sparring partners (I mean, there was a little more to that story but you get the gist)
• You both look pissy af 90% of the time, and with Gladdy being so big and muscular and lowkey scary looking to begin with, people kind of just… avoid you guys. Like, all the time
• The few exceptions are when there’s work to be done or they already know one of you two
• Much like with Iggy, you two were RBF goals
• He also thought it was kinda hot and sexyHe just likes it when someone can look serious enough I guess

Ignis

• You and Ignis are one and the same, my dude
• Iggy struggles from RBF as well, so seeing yours didn’t register with him one bit
• He merely went up to you and spoke to you as he would to anyone else (politely, yet with and underlying sense of sass and bossiness)
• Somehow, and no one knows how, you two became friends (and later, more)
• Ignis only realized you had an RBF when he overhead some other folks mentioning it to him, “Oh, you’re friends with Y/N??? They’re actually nice??? I always thought they were scary!”
• Of course he asked the other bros what they thought and…
• “Well, I mean, sometimes they look a bit grumpy, Specs.”
• “Iggy, you know I’m your pal and all but… they kind of scare me…”
• Gladio only laughed
• Later on, Ignis looked at you himself while you were chilling in public, unaware of his presence. The more he glanced, the more he realized that you did have an air of seriousness to your face
• Still, it didn’t look scary to him (I mean, he did love your face, afterall), but he did file away the information on what an RBF actually was, just for reference
• Sometimes, though, you guys will just be chilling and focusing on something together (like a really yummy recipe), and folks just see you two together looking mildly angry and just kind of avoid your gazes

• Iggy is lowkey the only one who’s like, “??? What RBF?”
