I actually scribbled some of these down when I was… not my best. Anyway, I thought they might help some of you too.

Noctis
– “Hey, what’s that long face for? You need me to call Ignis so he can ruin someone’s reputation? Come one now. Tell me what’s wrong. I get the shock blanket of stupidity.”
– “And to conclude: Not one of them deserves you or has any idea of who you are. We need more shock blankets of stupidity. ‘Cause right now I’m in shock too!”

Prompto
– “Uhm, you seemed to be stressed out. Are you okay? Wanna talk about it? I’ll build us a blanket fort if you want one.”
– “That doesn’t sound all that good, but I know you make it through. Why I’m so sure? Because it’s you and you’ve been through a lot before. And you can count on me whenever you need help. I know you can make it. If you need a hug, a hand or just someone to have a “mortal kombat” style pillow fight with, I’m here.“

Ignis
– "Now don’t try to hide from me how you feel, love. You know very well I’ll find out anyway. Tell me what it is that bothers you.”
– “Come here, I know it’s difficult right now. But I know it will get better. If you just trust my words, and yourself, you will see that you will make it through. Like you did every other time. It’ll be exhausting, I know, but you can always ask me for help. Know that you never have to walk alone.”

Gladio
– “What happened? Don’t tell me it’s nothing because when you look like this, it isn’t. Listen here. If they dare to belittle you, don’t let them. Get mad, scream, shout, show them who you are. I know you think you can’t, but believe me, you can! All you need is a deep breath, maybe close your eyes for a moment, and let out what gathered inside you because of them. No matter what happens afterward, if they don’t respect you, make them! No one has the right to use you as their punching bag. Want me to practice with you?”

Regis
– “Now come here, my dear. I know it’s bad right now. I understand you feel like this is the end. Like nothing will ever make this better. But believe me, it will. It is okay, not right now, but someday it will. Some beautiful day the sun will make you smile again. And you think back to this moment, to these dark times, and you will remember how strong you were. How strong you are. People are easy to overlook the great things one can do. And you are no exception. Now raise your head, even just a little. You may not see it, but don’t let your crown fall off your head. Walk tall through the night until you see the sunrise.”

Cor
– “Listen to me, soldier. I know things are bad, but I will not give up, neither should you. Show pride, in who you are, not what they want you to be. You’re an individual, one of a kind, not some factory marketed piece of plastic. You are good at what you do, maybe not perfect, but who is? I want you to raise your head and look into a mirror. You’ll see yourself, not them. Make it clear that you won’t break your bones for their liking. If they don’t appreciate you for who you are, move on without them. You choose your allice, choose wisely.”
