Hi, just asking if you’ve already done a date night headcanon for Mercyhog and McSombra.

for Mercyhog, I can see Angela and Mako going somewhere really quiet and chill. Maybe like an evening dinner event at a botanical garden. It’s the first time that Angela gets to see Mako in more formal clothing and she thinks he cleans up nicely, whereas Mako thinks Angela is beautiful in anything, though she looks stunning in her evening formal wear. 

I like to think they’d opt for the formal dinner and botanical garden because Mako is used to constant noise and he just wants to go somewhere peaceful for a change (aka without Junkrat’s incessant chatting). Angela has no problem with the choice and loves the scenery – being in stuffy settings most of the time, it’s nice to be in a place so refreshing.

Of course, no matter where they go, they garner some looks. Mostly on how a huge, intimidating man like Mako is on a date with a beautiful woman like Angela. They ignore the stares and whispers and enjoy their night together. Angela is pleased at how well of a dinner partner Mako is and the two enjoy non-awkward silence, both the type of people who dislike small talk. After the dinner, they walk together through the garden, admiring the flora and the peace of the evening. Angela loves to lean against Mako as she has both arms wrapped around his forearm. He’s always so warm ❤ Lots of whispered words of love and admiration between these two, as well as quick kisses.

As for Mcsombra, they are versatile; sometimes they like going out and having some fun but they also enjoy a chill date of either walking down a dirt road and enjoying the scenery or just staying at home and watching a holovid together.

But a cute thought I had was McCree and Sombra trying to go out for a “regular” date – just because they think it might be fun and different than their usual bar-hopping and dancing. McCree takes Sombra to go see a movie – they both decide on a horror film and while they’re not sucking each other’s faces off, McCree has no qualms of using the old “stretch and yawn” trick to get his arm around Sombra. She doesn’t mind one bit and when a particularly frightening moment finally happens during the movie, she’s delighted when she feels McCree jump and grab onto her. It’s always nice to have teasing fodder for afterwards ❤
