Aww I just imagined Sombra bringing Dragon McCree some cigars as a gift and telling him “it’s how humans breath fire.” and since she’s already seen him he turns human to try one and really Sombra just brought them because she wanted to see the handsome human version again. (✿ ♥‿♥)

Sombra shows off the cigarettes first by lighting one up and puffing out smoke. She starts to joke that she could be a dragon too when he finally shifts to his human form. There, she puts the cigarette in his hand. As he figures out how to hold it in his mouth, she lights it for him. He comments on it not being half bad, for a human thing, while Sombra smiles, stares, and finishes her own cigar.
