Prince Noé sounds adorable!
The moment that Olivia discovers her pregnancy, it’s a mix of excitement and worry, for McCree especially. He’s heard too many stories of women dying in childbirth, and worries to death about Olivia having any difficulties.
McCree loves to hold Olivia from behind and feel her big belly. She’s a little overwhelmed with the entire thing, including her body changing but McCree’s reassurance and talks to her belly put her at ease. She takes to talk about the baby as her prince/princess, and uses whatever term whenever she feels like it. They won’t known what the baby is until they’re born anyways.
She knows that she could die in childbirth, When the time draws near, she’s telling McCree that she’s too stubborn to let anything go wrong, and he clings to that desperately. Cue Olivia waking up in the middle of the night with her water already broke and contractions causing her to swear up a storm.
McCree holds her hand and talks to her softly as the whole castle wakes up. Much to McCree’s and Olivia’s relief, the baby is born without any problems. McCree takes their son, proclaiming him a prince of the kingdom before cutting the umbilici-cord.
She’s exhausted, but Olivia wants her prince. McCree doesn’t keep her waiting. Gently, he places their son into her arms. McCree’s kisses are tender upon his queen as he brushes aside the hair sticking to her sweaty skin. Olivia coos quietly to their newborn. He’s crying, but good and healthy.
Olivia murmurs how small he is, holding Noé against her. McCree is simply happy to have the two most important people in his life safe and sound. Quietly, Olivia mentions that Noé will be a great king. When McCree asks how she knows this, though not disagreeing. She lifts her tired but smiling face and says she knows this because he’s his son.
