I love this Non-reaper-Reyes AU idea. I think it’s funny to imagine Sombra lets talon think she was captured by Blackwatch. The other Talon leaders think she’s been shoved into a tiny cell and is being brutally interrogated. Cut to Sombra sitting on McCrees couch in her undies and one of McCree’s Flannels, eating a pint of ice cream with him and talking about what to name the kid.
