Despite Genji being at peace with his body, there are still some things he lacks confidence with, mostly the appearance of his face and the scarred flesh he has left. To Sombra, someone who’s willingly modified her body, it’s not so jarring as he thinks it is. Still, she respects his limits and when she realizes he doesn’t like taking the face plate off too much, she works around this, grabbing at his shoulder and bringing him down so she can kiss the metal plate of his helm. 

Kisses are rare between these two because they prefer hand holding but the kisses that do happen usually happen during emotional moments. Kisses to the shoulder, hand, back, or forehead are their go-to.
