So Jade and Luke of 

[ Destiny Star ] have some very unique and interesting weapons. These weapons are made from the same ancient material used in a lot of lost precursor tech, also found in things such as the Swordian cores, for example.  These resonant blades in particular can do odd things with ambient energies, as wells as resonate with each other. 

I had the idea of Jade and Luke having a unison/link arte of sorts utilizing the above. Jade can start a reaction of sorts that arcs back and forth between the weapons, and Luke charges the enemy and slams the sword (now swirling with energy) into them. Take a Soaring Light Spear and turn it sideways and you get the basic motion. Luke sprints past Jade at the enemy while Jade channels energy into his sword, and Luke whirls and then slams it down with his full (superhuman) strength.  Part of the reason he carries such a sword is because it is one of the few weapons capable of withstanding a full strength strike from Luke without breaking or warping permanently.
