Like it’s hard af but that’s what makes half the shit so damn funny???? Like the shit that happens:

• noctis uses the fucking royal arms against you
• he will also goddamn armiger chain you without abandon
• he’ll tell ignis to get back in the kitchen if you give up and just let urself die
• if he gets stasis, he’ll warp strike to a billboard. ignis can use his hookshot to pull said billboard down to get noct down and also CRUSH HIM
• HE USES THE RING OF THE LUSCII AGAINST IGNIS
• HE SUMMONS FUCKING RAMUH????????
• if you run out of curatives and then go into danger take your sweet time beating the shit out of Noct, mcfucking RAVUS NOX FLEURET, HIGH COMMANDER OF THE NIFLHEIM ARMY, EX-PRINCE OF TENEBRAE will jump down from the roof of Takka’s Pit Stop to stab the noctis pursuing you and also slap you with potions and tell you condescendingly to get up when you go down
• Ravus will continue to fight with you until you win or you take too long, turning a 1v1 into 2v1 beatdown – especially since linkstrikes with him are just as easily triggerable as in the episode itself
• all of this happened and happened this intensely because Noctis didn’t wanna eat his vegetables
• Ignis doesn’t even invite Ravus to join in as one of the guys for dinner :c

EDIT; because it’s occurred to me that a lot of y’all haven’t seen Ravus during the match

please excuse the shitty gameplay – everyone in the room started screaming as soon as he jumped down and demanding to see if you could use his tech or not (when he runs over and tells you to “get up,” he should also heal you but I used Last Rites before he could whoops)

his trigger for coming might be using all your items and/or having noct at low HP/it being night or some combination of the three? Not too sure….
