Anyone else just really want a The Wolf Among Us AU where Hanzo is Bigby? 

I’m thinking that, instead of being able to turn between forms at will or when damaged, Hanzo was given a human form by having his pelt removed, and can only turn into his wolf form when he puts it on. (It’s also why his hair is short)
